I don't play at Party, but as spring83 says, the problem is ubiquitous.
It seems to me that the solution to this, and several other forms of douchery, is the Rush/Zoom model for internet poker. I know it is not everyone's favourite format, but if you have to play conventional ring games online, you will have to put up with all the douchery that goes with the territory, or impose some pretty draconian, game-changing penalties and loss of facilities.

what the regs have suggested to party is a rule where if you sitout at one table you have to sitout at all your tables
it can be enforced by just programming it to the software and it would fix many if not all of the problems

Hi all,
First of all, thank you for creating this thread.
I just want to assure you that we take each report of sit out abuse seriously and investigate every report in view to deal with each player appropriately.
This thread will be checked on a daily basis so keep the reports coming!
Thanks

Re: PARTY POKER: Document sit-out scum here
When getting to the top of the waiting list for a table with juicy stats, I used to wonder if I'd missed the fish. Nowadays that question is often answered by the sight of half the table either sitting out or leaving.
I think anonymous tables are the way ahead (note: I'd only be happy playing on these tables at a site which I know to be reputable & trustworthy - Party are one of the few that make that list).

Re: PARTY POKER: Document sit-out scum here
What we are trying to accomplish in this thread is a positive change for online poker. Poker stars has been doing this for awhile. If you only have negative comments to make, then open a new thread and go on there about how "it is a mute point."
I've seen the warnings party is now giving out, and if we continue to report and they continue to act then the playing environment will be 10x better for regulars and recreational players having fun.
I've always said it, online poker should emulate live poker. In live poker you would not be allowed to sit out and wait every time the weaker player sat out. Eventually you would be banned from playing there. The problem is not ubiquitous, and party is now on it's way to working with players to help resolve this behavior. Why derail that with negativity?

AngryBird1 is 'sitting in' just because everyone else is sitting out, no way he would ever keep playing against reg.

Agregator777, one of the worst sit-outers on Party.

Re: PARTY POKER: Document sit-out scum here
agregator777 is the worst of the worst, even today 2 regs going HU for super long, fish logs in guess who's the first to show up?? Of course Mr agregator.
And fish busts out, he insta sits out again today. We all want agregator to disappear from the face of this earth. If there is any user to be dealt with Party Rep, please deal with this scum.

Re: PARTY POKER: Document sit-out scum here
Can I clarify something - are we only talking about sitting out once a fish leaves, or all bumhunting?
E.g. fish sits down - bumhunter sits down - fish busts - bumhunter leaves table; no problem there?

Re: PARTY POKER: Document sit-out scum here
yes. Leaving is your choice. Sitting in and out as they sit in and out is what this is about.

Re: PARTY POKER: Document sit-out scum here
Frisky bobby at it again. His name doesn't show on the table he is still playing cause he is folding but you can see his stats are exactly the same. It is him. Same with IGOTSOUL
