Not sure if I fully understand the question, but if you play NL100 you will definitely be counted in the Back That Ace Up III leaderboard. The leaderboard is updated everyday so if you start Sunday midnight and play enough hands, you should see your screenname on the leaderboard the following day. We are not releasing the exact methodology we use to calculate each player's points, as this leaves the promotion open for abuse and any of our players who are not 'savvy' to the ins-and-outs will be left behind.

One more thing:

We've announced our Valentine's promotional schedule and it is highlighted by the Paddy's Cheap Date $1 rebuy on Tuesday Feb 10th at 8.15pm, which will award an Irish Open package worth $5,200 to the outright winner. The package is made up of the €3,200 + €300 Irish Open main event seat PLUS $500 in expenses. There should be a big overlay in this tournament, so well worth playing I think.

Heh, your VIP structure is confusing as hell for me at the moment. So according to one of the guys at support I can only get upgraded a VIP level once a month regardless of the volume of hands I play ? Kinda sucks considering if I grind the hell out of stars I can get upgraded to platinum within a few weeks, but by your structure it would take 3/4 months to get to the equivelent VIP level ?

Hey herrbert74 - yep, he is in Israel! I don't know when the next Back That Ace Up IV race (or other PPP-only cash race in case we get sick of that name, even though it is fun using it!) will start, we are concentrating on some of our Irish Open promotions for the next few weeks. And of course we are participating in the $400k Cash Cow, which is an iPoker-wide cash race.

Shootloose - once the structure for the Irish Open is finalised, I will post here. Should be in the next two weeks. We're all getting pretty excited about it, I got an email from one of the 'big names' of poker today asking about it so hopefully I'll have a handle on the stars who will be playing soon.

Tenbob, I'll send you a PM to explain the VIP situation better - basically if you 'grind like hell' on the tables for a month we can manually move you up to whatever level is most appropriate.

Please tell the iPoker dev team to sort out the focus stealing.

Yep, they are well aware of this! We've been pushing fairly heavily on this recently, expect a change soon I hope.

Why do I get this message everytime i load up a table when I 1st start PPP:

'casino component 'topview' is missing...... contact support etc',

then when I start it a 2nd time it's fine.

You deleting/changing an image or another component or using modding programs like MiniMaxMod.

This is what I've heard back from our support team (they were in contact with iPoker):

"We suspect that this can happen after client update, when fileinfo.dat files and actual downloaded files are out of sync, because of some gateway/local cache is downloading "old" files.

In case this happens again, ask the player to close the client, clear any local cache (IE cache), and retry again."

I'd try this AND what herrbert74 advised and see if either solves the problem. Let me know so I can advise the guys!

Went on paddy power today and asked could i delete my account (i wanted to set up another one as wanted different alias) i knew they wouldn't delete it for this reason so i said i had a gambling problem and could they delete it. Big mistake! the girl deleted it and then said i could not set up another one. What do i do now??

No, it imports smoothly - with the wrong date (it uses my system date instead of the server date - which is different if I'm in a different timezone or if I rebuild my database).

If the suggestions are for iPoker I'll forward them along (though I'm sure they are well aware of the thread) - we try to pressure them to complete software upgrades as much as possible, but there is only so much influence we can bring to bear unfortunately.

When do cash games start at Irish Poker Open at Citywest ? I couldn't find a thread for the IPO maybe you could start one to get more interest.

Not played there in a while so out of curiosity I emailed support and asked them if there was any chance of a reload bonus and they offered me a $500 re-load bonus...cool !!
