This is what I've heard back from our support team (they were in contact with iPoker):
"We suspect that this can happen after client update, when fileinfo.dat files and actual downloaded files are out of sync, because of some gateway/local cache is downloading "old" files.
In case this happens again, ask the player to close the client, clear any local cache (IE cache), and retry again."
I'd try this AND what herrbert74 advised and see if either solves the problem. Let me know so I can advise the guys!
