Why PP keeps players balances in USD even though there are no USD tables anymore? It's really annoying you know... i'm playing on euro tables but my balance for some reason in USD.

help , can't connect to paddy... client updates but can't log in, also it doesn't show banners , can't open their website it says that webpage is not available, can't open william hill page or connect to them either , can't open ipoker page

Multiple tournaments were stopped tonight. Blinds wouldn't go up and lost 30 euro playing in 2 tournaments. Can't believe Paddy Power still persist with Ipoker, they are getting worse year on year.

Fixed it was some problem with my internet provider....

Hi everyone.

I'm new to 2+2 so pls forgive me if I'm doing things wrong.

Paddy Power Poker offers satellites to the Irish Open 2015 already now. Most of the time the qualifiers to the monthly final doesn't take place because there are not enough player to meet the minimum. In August I was able to play some and now I got banned. They only wrote my account was closed because of possible collusion. NO details, NO prove, NO communication. E-Mails are not answered and account still closed. And it looks like ALL players got banned. None of the players that were playing in August is there anymore.

And the satellite tournaments don't run anymore because there are not enough players.

To me this look like the whole Irish Open thing is just a scam. They are not willing to give away anything and as soon as there are enough player, they get banned.

I only found a closed thread about "Paddy Poker accusation of collusion" and don't know how to start a new one.

How ever, has anyone made any similar experience or does anyone know anything about the Irish Open satellites and is there any explanation why I got banned?

That's the answer I received after 10 days !


NO explanation, NO prove, NO nothing. And it took them 10 days for this. What a worldclass customer service.

Paddy Power have been terrible the last 6 months while ipoker repeatedly crashes and disconnects midgames. I play a lot of turbo Sit 'n go's and any disconnection can obviously ruin my game. Ipoker never owns up to it being their end and Paddy Power have not once refunded me even though all other software on my computer is unaffected except for their client.

Friday night there was a complete breakdown on the Ipoker network. 48 hours later I have still not being refunded my buy in from my sit n go I disconnected from. I conservatively estimate that the constant disconnections have cost me 400 euro in the last 12 months. Paddy Power refuse to refund me saying it's an Ipoker issue but they NEVER admit culpability as they simply don't want to refund. It's so frustrating as I used to enjoy playing on Paddy Power but I can no longer continue getting robbed from them.

Has anyone else suffered similar problems with Paddy Power or Ipoker?

I highly doubt this were the case because Paddy always sattied a ton of players into their flagship live event.

Still not made good by Paddy Power.

I am going to document here every time I disconnect from Ipoker and am not refunded in the future so as to have proof of the regularity and idea of how much it's costing me.

I guess because of the overlay the whole thing got too costly so they were looking for a way to stop it. The honest way: admitt and refund the players. The cheap way: bann them with no reason.
They are liars, cheats and thiefs!!!!

The good news - if there is any - it didn't take them 10 days like last time.

Again they Fixed 'Final' Predictor leaderboard, this time so cheeky it is... comic.
Myself dropped (at least, what i can obviously tell) -10 places, granting me 4x less cheeseburgers than due.
Only this time it is best documented and proven, i have unbeatable evidence.
Such, in an ideal world a gaming operator should suffer grave consequences, for manipulating Contents and their Prizes in such an illegal insolent way.

What should course of action be ?

Try with network first (lol) , or go regulators -UK commission, or that EU Commission's electronic trade body for Consumers.... ?

There were more 2p2ers on previous pages complaining about this very promotion and how sickeningly it gets manipulated.

Unprecedentedly arrogant stance PPower took when i tried to communicate this, flagrant altering a contest's results (ignoring all mails, chat guy terminated as soon as i declared the issue) made me think... And then even consult some very good IT guys....
-They have an out.. Technical(ly). They can just say 'we did, That' and even though i have some evidence i couldnt def Prove, in Supreme Court....

Even though the way its being done insults plain intelligence and enrages people who take part for a month predicting on their comical 'redesigned' website and raking for it...

-Just dont put anything into promos anymore... PPower can manipulate almost any leaderboard and promo. PPower will do that with a tongue in cheek and tell you to * off, threaten you, ban you...

PaddyPower poker keeps doing this for few years in each promotion. They 'fix' promo results/ payouts manually awarding each player as much/ that they see fit/ how much you can, win from a promo, other players complain as well. It hasnt been 10 it has been 6 days/ 'shootouts' and they just excluded me from 2 of them. Its always same, if they run a promo for 15 days, 5-6 of them youre f*d, you just simply cant win that muuuch, bebe.... (they have 0 worth promos last year or so to start)

-PPower poker keep open showing that they will just steal back/ scam some of your winnings/ bankroll whenever they can you filthy, winning poker regular that just not want to take this roulette bonus...

I stopped a year ago because I don't wont to support these cheating bastrds any longer. If enough players quit they go broke !

Well the structure for the Irish Open has defo changed, not sure if for the better. It has now been moved to Citywest and will feature a 1k re-entry with two starting days and 500k gtd.

Why did you not file a complaint to the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision(lol) Commission? They make sure that you will receive your true winnings.

Dude, you really don't have to spam up every single thread about this.

Re-entries or sometimes even unlimited re-buys make the total price pool bigger - and therefore more attractive for professional poker player who easily can afford another 1'000.- or 2'000.-. Losers will be all who qualified online. Most of us can't spare this kind of money. The pros get hyper aggressiv because it's a re-entry tournament and once we get busted, we simply have to get up and leave. So all we do is making a nice donation for the pros. And yes, I'm talking from experience !

Once again I can only recommend quitting. There are other sites offering better deals.
