Same here, though he's sent first when we've traded.

He never sent me anything, and he was banned. Every time I've sent first to every trader. The time when the GDMP didn't work it was the store's fault for not activating it properly, so I had to buy a new one and did the trade with someone else.

Is there some tutorial somewhere about how to use GDMP to make trades? I am at the site and don't really get how to use this for transfers. Sorry if this is a basic question but I couldn't find a clear answer through search.

you should update this if possible. Like for me I can't find Netspend Reload Packs anywhere around me. But I can find Vanilla Reload cards. Essentially they are on the same network. It works like this. You buy a Vanilla Reload Pack and then go to VanillaReload.com then insert your card number and the 10 digit code and it will automatically fund your Netspend account. I prefer this method because there is no wait time. Like if you buy a netspend card you have to wait like 30-45mins i forgot? But using Vanilla Reload there is no wait time.

Is Paypal now charging to load GDMPs? I just uploaded a GDMP code and was charged a 3.2% fee for the first time ever.

edit: Just spoke to Paypal and they said it's a temporary bug. So they aren't charging to load codes

fu.. my life, I don't know how this happened, I had skype opened, and suddenly my skype send a link with a picture to I think all my contacts...working now to resolve it...don't click of course on any picture that appear sent from me...trying to kill the virus now...

Not from this person, but from another 2+2'er I also rec'd a suspicious link. The link was from 2+2'er "phatcat" and linked to a blacklisted website:

2+2'er "phatcat" has not responded to subsequent messages asking about this suspicious link although an hour after the link was sent, they messaged to say "obv do not click that"

Using a link scanner service such as urlvoid didn't yield results b/c of the shortened URL. However, a service such as Sucuri works on shortened URLs and did work in the aforementioned case linking ******* to a few different blacklists!

Beware... seems something is going around again!

I don't know which one of them is on the Skype account at any given time. I believe I was talking with Jake. A few days ago we were doing a $500 BoA for Stars trade (we had done a few for $100 or $200 in the past few weeks,
which went fine). In general I don't send first, so as to be safe when doing trades.

After a few minutes (normal time for a small Stars transfer to be processed) the transfer still hadn't gone through, even though they insisted that it had. They then emailed me a faked Stars transfer confirmation email (as "proof" that they'd sent the Stars. The point was to get me to send BoA $ before receiving my friend's confirmation (which would never come)).

My friend in Mexico (lolplaid on 2+2, who helps me do trades involving Stars $) hadn't received the Stars $ or the confirmation email. I asked him to email Stars asking what's up, and Stars responded after a few hours saying that no transfer had ever been sent. I didn't send the BoA and didn't hear anything back on Skype from Matt/Jake until today.

I don't know anything about these guys from a poker perspective. Judging from the Twitter pics it seems likely that they live an expensive lifestyle. Perhaps that's a reason for their being short on cash. Anyway, this is a warning to the community not to do business with these guys, and to be safe. And please report if you have similar stories or experiences with them.

All is ok now, I resolved all my problems, it seems that a big virus is giving 2+2 users a lot of problems, I saw recently a lot others 2+2 skype users doing the same, sending links with pictures...so this is a general problem...we all getting hacked
Also want to warn all the hackers...don't play with me, I'm very good in computers...

So I'm looking to sell funds for $600-$800 cash. I'm in the US. What are the safest ways for me to collect funds? (gdmp, bank transfer?) Thanks.

imo stick to non-reversible methods (boa or wells fargo bank transfer, gdmp, etc), and try to work with a reputable trader who has good feedback/history. stay away from reversible/scammable methods like paypal, chase quickpay, amazon. if you mention what site's $ you are trying to sell, and if you use any of the main banks/common payment methods, we can help you out more

I'm selling lock. I dont have accounts at BOA or Wells Fargo. Can someone still ship to me fromt those banks? I do have accounts at PNC and capital one.

I'm new here sir. I've had a cash out request on juicy stakes pending since about the first week of January for about 1700. i would assume i will never get it. what is the reality of me selling it to somebody through a deal on here. thanks to anybody that can point me in the right direction.

You won't be doing any trading until you become a more seasoned member of the 2+2 community and at the very least have PMs enabled. The only place to start is by reading the first post in this thread and then complying with the rules set forth in said post
