I qualified for a free months subscription with bluefirepoker. I tried to use the coupon I was given but it never worked. I sent an email to bluefire's support, and 48 hours on it still hasnt been rectified.

This is tragic. You should sue them.

Seens a little impatient to me to complain after just 2 days, especially when you get it for free. One thing's for sure, never play on FT

The code you used was an expired coupon code. We've contacted PKR about it, and I would assume it will be taken care of by Monday.

the whole pkr / bluefire thing was a total mess the way it was handled in general. Your not the only person unhappy about it.

I imagine yet another training site in the already crowded domain is going to struggle.

Maybe, but they do have the advantage of being the best, imo.

they're only teh best if they can teach us how to turn back time to when NL was much easier, show us how to build a good roll while the gettin's good, then how to get a huge whale like guy to donate to us for a year straight before some random on the interweb outs to the world how much guy lost

somehow i doubt BF poker will be the best vid site for the vast majority of micro/low/midstake grinders

fiasco? the only fiasco I see is one in which you are trying to get something for free. the coupon code was expired--end of story. next.

he hasn't explained that well.

PKR with their WSOP feed were giving away free memberships to new signups.

Essentially he getting it as a reward for signing up, much many other sites sign up rewards. It isn't his fault it expired, it is the fact it too so long for pkr and bluefire to get them to the players which were promised them.

Codes from Bluefirepoker have already been reissued. Have you tried: A. Your code again, or B. contacting PKR for a new code?
