Hey AndreasX,

I agree with you that it is a little unclear and therefore I've informed our developers of having it shown in the lobby as you open the tournament.

Currently it only shows up in the "MORE INFO" section of the tournament lobby, and it shows in the main lobby only when you are registered:
1 registered player [10 minimum].

What I've proposed is that it should always be shown in the main lobby and that the MORE INFO button is a little clearer.

Can you guys please lower the minimum numbers of players for GTD MTT? For rebuy tournaments, 1/3 of GTD buyin should be enough to start the game without overlay. Based on my observation, over 90% of the MTT are cancelled.

show hand feature is a little unclear as it does so very quickly, You end up not knowing if you showed the hand or not....

table the cards when allin!!

We are aware of this feature being acting strange, as it is reading each card as it comes and does not take into consideration of upcoming cards and this is a little missleading.

This is scheduled to be changed, but is not currently top priority.

That is definately something we can do in the future. Please post your suggestion here and we will take note of it. However I don't know how quickly we will be able to create them as we are currently priotizing improving the software, and not graphics.

The cashier does work, you will need to log into the poker client or on our website and you will be taken to the deposit page. If this does not work for you please send me more details and I will look into it for you.

If you have read the first page of this thread you will understand that the network was just launched and we are currently in the beginning stages of improving liquidity and software. Therefore the player activity is not very high, of course we expect this to increase as more partners join the network and larger marketing plans take place.

Noted,

It shows if you showed the hand or not in the chat, it will indicate if you mucked or not.

While I agree that the feature is quite quick it is also due to the fact that we wish to offer a quick software that doesn't cause much delay in the case of a slow mucker.

Standard practice is that cards are face down to respect the players choice to not display his cards.

However - we have sent a request to development to create an option where players can choose to show their cards upon going all in.

personally id like to se the cards when AI, but i do of course realize that not showing has its advantages.
One idea would be to make like straddle option tables. would make your site uniqe if that where to be an option at select tables..

Hey

We have updated the software this morning.

The following has been updated:

- The tourney lobby refreshes more often
- A more info button has been added instead of clickable text
- The tournament lobby now displays the minimum amount of players for tournament start at all times
- The "Hide full/empty" tickboxes are now moved down to avoid them blocking the lowest row in the tournament lobby
- The chip tray is now always set at the same location even after resizing (it previously moved)
- The hand description is now only active after the full hand has been dealt to avoid confusion
- An option to hide the upcoming tournament announcements has been created

Why don't you run some freeroll tournaments like the Shatsa tournaments that Everest had in the past (Don't know if they still have it!)

Those tournaments was with $0.10 prizepool each on SNG format, starting everytime 10 players are registered.

Bright coloured cardbacks to make it easier for multi-tabling, like yellow or just giving users a multiple choice of their own. I believe this can be accomplished easily but don't expect it to be a top priority. Thanks for listening to us.
