If you have a table open and look at the menu on the bottom left corner, hover the mouse over the chat icon, and you will be able to enable/disable the chat. Can you please confirm if this is enabled and you are still unable to see your chat messages?

I just tried different versions, basically you have to disable the first option at the left in the menu and then it will display in the chat box so that's fine now.

One maybe glitch I encountered: I saw one of the 6 handed bankroll builders with 1 spot open and tried to register, however the table didn't open after that. One minute later I checked and someone was registered instead, so I assume it didn't refresh as fast. Would it be possible to have a pop up there in that case that says "sorry registration is full." even though the tournament lobby didn't refresh yet? Not sure if the system is checking that in real time though.

Another good feature: When you fold, you can still see the hole cards grayed out when the hand continues.

update: When two players are all in, it displays the win percentages "in front of them" at the table. When they sit next to each other, this info might be too close together. Will upload a picture in a bit.

Question: How do you take advantage of the time bank? I was just sitting on the table and let the regular time to act run down, the 30 appeared next to me at the table and I pretty much guess that is supposed to be a time bank, but you cannot activate it? I clicked on it but to no avail.

Hey,

If you wait until the poker client warns you, a time bank button appears. Once you double click this one it will start depleting your time bank.

You will notice that the time bank is in effect by the time bank button disappearing and a timer in front of your avatar is showing the amount of time you have left.

Just checked regarding the timebank and the button for it appears near the bottom right just next to the regular action buttons and worked after double clicking on it.

Disabling individual player chat by right click on the player in question and selecting it works as well, I am not sure where "Dzerbene" is but he didn't like me for winning flips against him in the huge 1ct 2ct showdown at the cash tables

Player notes + tag of playing style works, only missing a "buddy list" so far.

Edit: The "find a player" option seems to be case sensitive.

One thing that is somewhat strange: The rebuy stack is higher than the original starting stack, for example in the current Freerolls (1000 Starting Stack and rebuy gets you 1500). The higher add-on is fine though

Software actually better than some of the established sites/networks. Decent promotions also. This site has potential imo! No HUD support is the biggest flaw atm though.

All this stuff sounds very nice. 10% rake for tourneys below 5€ and 8% for a 5€ Tourney. 6% rake for a 5€ turbo SnG.

30% flat-rakeback w/o getting any VIP Statuses is cool. And using your PPPs for Cash/Tokens (with the ability to get 1.1 -1.5 x PPP by getting higher VIP Stauts) for additional rakeback sounds cool either.

And the soft looks much better than betraiser ...

That 25€ token rocks - thanks a lot

If we exchange the Points for Cash or Tokens, does that have any influence on our flat rakeback? Will that be deducted as fees?

Currently you get 10€ for free as part of the 2+2 promotion here, I just checked and if you earn 3000 Player Points, you get another 10€ as bonus and you have half a year to clear it.

The transaction History also looks pretty good, so overall I am quite happy with the software and hope traffic picks up, because programming wise this is by far better than some of the regular poker sites out there.

Nope, rep said it before itt and you can read it on the page. There are no deductions on your rake.

That is actually the case for all showdowns prior to the river and not just in cashgame either. I remember that was also the case on another poker site but don't recall which one at the moment.
