me either......i take it the wednesday payment of RB is no longer true?

what happens if it isn't paid by the time next weeks RB is due?

no clue. i have been playing on true poker for a month now, and have not recieved any rakeback payment. they say my rakeback account is set up, but never been paid.

To solve all the Rake back issues
Rake back will be calculated from Monday to Sunday and paid the following Wednesday.

How am I supposed to know when I was paid my rakeback? If I get it in the middle of a session (which i think i may have) it's really hard to notice. Do you send out an email or have a popup come up or something?

click: cashier>financial history. it should say how much rakeback you got

on live support i had them show me the conversion rate for FPPs to be turned into $$$. lady said they are only good until the end of the month tho.....is this true?

It says on their website you have till the end of July to convert points to cash. I will be doing it before the 31st.

And then after that FPPs no longer exist? Or they have to be cashed in once a month? Would be nice to know the gameplan.

Bonus terms on site says clears 1.00 every 500 points, support says every 1250. Bullcrap, stick to your own t.o.c. also support says points earned for tourny fees dont count towards clearing a bonus. It isnt "rake" its an entry fee. Are you guys nuts? It clearly states earn points, release $$......
