Cash game lobby/filters are still a mess. Duplicate tables and incorrect number of players listed at the tables. Any plans to address this in the short term?

Also, any plans on upgrading the micro/low stakes tournament schedule ($5 or less buy-ins)? I know the player base is thin, but in the current climate, most folks are making small deposits ($200 or <) to protect themselves. It's hard to practice good bankroll management playing $6 Rebuys on less than $200.

We are aware of the issue it appears to be a refreshing issue from our last update and we are working on it. thanks

In 2 weeks we will be bringing on a new Tournament Director in 2 weeks and our tournament offerings will get much better.

Are there any plans (or anything upcoming) to do any other promotions for any live tourney packages similar to Punta Cana?

Can any grinders comment on availability of NL100 and NL200 games? Is it possible to get 6 - 8 tables combining 6max and 9max in evening U.S. hours?

Is min/max buyin on standard tables 30bb - 100bbs? I read in an older thread they used to have 50bb tables. Have the 50bb tables been abolished?

I have a question regarding your cashout process. I cashed out on the 8th...then tried to cashout on the 15th, 7 days later because i was told that's how long you have to wait. I must of cashed our a few hrs early, because my cashout was denied.

I then waited until the following day and got the same response. Live support told me even if you request a cashout that can't be processed, it starts your 7 day clock all over again. This is obviously completely ridiculous.

I emailed support about it...and they actually told me you only have to wait 1 day in between cashouts.

I'm completely confused about what your policy is, so I was hoping you could clear it up.

I appreciate true poker rep and the responses.

Currently won't be depositing there due to balance not being in a segregated account. This is number one for me.

Appreciate, a client accommodating the american market. And the public responses to questions.

I hadnt logged on in awhile and my password didnt work. I was convinced I had it copied correctly but whatever I guess I copied it wrong. Tried to use the recover password feature and it sent me a newsletter twice and sent me nothing the other two times. I contacted support via live chat and was told to contact support @ truepoker.ag, never received a response. According to TiltTheTilt that address is inaccurate and the support @ truepoker.eu address that I eventually tried two days ago after seeing it in the client is accurate so Ill hopefully get a response from there but you need to fix the password recover system.

i keep getting a 502 Bad Gateway, and my bankroll is gone for some reason. i uninstalled the software, and downloaded it again, but same problem.

True Poker Rep, Thanks for being active in the boards! Here are a couple of suggestions from a reg:

1) Favorite seat option needs to be added
2) please shorten the time for your balance to be adjusted once you leave a table
3) for "x seat guaranteed" satellite tournys, the # of winers in the payouts is often wrong

I brought this same issue to Live Chat Supports attention recently. I couldn't get logged in(thought I knew the password also????). Anyway, I never received the email. Live Chat Support did get the issue resolved for me BUT I suggested they get the "Forgot Password" option functional again. This was close to a month ago, from what I remember.

Just wanted to add that so the rep knew it isn't anything on your PC and so they understand it was reported a while ago.

After Punta Cana we will look at doing other events for sure.

I will let players comment on this ( but yes 8 tables combining the limits in the evenings no problem).
50 bb max tables do exist and the min buy in on 100bb tables tables is 40 bb min

1 cash out every 7 days
no your 7 days does not "re start by putting in another request"
