I brought this same issue to Live Chat Supports attention recently. I couldn't get logged in(thought I knew the password also????). Anyway, I never received the email. Live Chat Support did get the issue resolved for me BUT I suggested they get the "Forgot Password" option functional again. This was close to a month ago, from what I remember.
Just wanted to add that so the rep knew it isn't anything on your PC and so they understand it was reported a while ago.
