I thought with the new rakeback system that the weekly payments would be made promptly after the period had ended...I believe it says within 12 hours?

Hello just thought I would post my experience with True poker.

I deposited easy with customer service being awesome! They even
called me on the phone to speak with me which is great. So with under
a week I made a good profit so now I have cashout some of the
winnings yesterday. Customer support said it should only take
2 days to receive my cashout in my hands

which is great. So
I will let you know if I receive my cashout today or tommorow since
I made the cashout yesterday.

Just wanted to post this because in these times its hard to find
great customer support like they have and also to be able to
receive your cashout within 1 to 2 days upon request. So will
post again when I receive my cashout.

Only thing is I dont see any fixed limit games on the site? I mostly
play NL anyway but is it just me or is there fixed limit games there?

I have played in 3/6 and 4/8 lhe games, but they go off maybe once a week or once every two weeks. They are usually no more than 4 handed.

well I post the good and the bad. My cashout was just placed back in my account
and wasnt processed. They are requesting a copy of id and bill from me.

I have been registered with TruePoker since 2002 for 9 years and I am
positive I sent this before many years ago. So now it has been a bad
experience for me.

Well post again and see if they going to process it.

It's standard though that they request this and for your protection. If it's been 9 years ago, then they may need to verify again to make sure that someone isn't trying to get your money.

You shouldn't downgrade your overall experience because your required to verify your account. It would be a bad experience if someone hacked your account and got your money because your account wasn't verified

This shouldn't take long and you will likely still have your Cashout way before a lot of the other US sites would be able to get it to you.

It is a bit of a pain but in today's day and age it simply has to be done.
Better to be safe than sorry.

well I dont mind sending them in....its just I really needed my cashout before tommorow...This just seemed to slow the process down since they put the
funds back into my account! If they are really good cause all I want is a
moneygram which should only take a few minutes and I already sent what
they wanted so wait and see if they still can process that for me before
tommorow.

I will, I sent id and bill in support says they have it but
the security department never gets back to me via e-mail.
Will let you know once they ever do get back to me.

Why do tables appear multiple times in your cash games list?

Same table....appears 3 different times, makes table searching even more of a pain in the ass.

More filters plz.
