So is this ever going to get fixed? It's a real pain to multitable now and sometimes the software crashes too, I assume it's directly related to this error.

why are omaha hu sit and goes all hyper turbos?
Played 10 dollar for 500 in starting chips with no option to play a regular one is ridiculous unless
I couldn't find the one with 1500?
Kind of hard to scroll thru sit and goes should have all the hu ones seperated so don't have to hunt forever.

I would like to see more rentry deepstack tournaments then the turbos. The deepstack rentrys always seem to exceed the guarantees anyway .

Am I the only person who misses the robot check raising the alien, and also the albino saying "bet" after the nerd checks to him from UTG? Probably so, never the less the old True Poker software brings back a lot of good memories for me.

Just click on the tournament filter and only keep "One on One".

Ill come out and even state names, Peeka, Donut and Jinx00. All these names were who I suspected and these are the names that have been pmd by other members of your site. All are form Sweden and all have almost identical stats.
This isnt the first time I or others have reported this and again we get no response. Im going to assume that no answer means you dont care or know something and wont do anything. You answer questions that keep coming after a pretty legitimate statement and have multiple people that back up this claim.
And congrats on the auto top up feature, it only took years to get a feature that comes standard on even the smallest of sites. Well done. Actually after my statement im going to think that since it took so long to get auto top up, it might take a few years for you to catch any suspicious users. So i guess my business is going elsewhere, not that you care, but thought you may want to know.

We'll have security investigate the case for possible collusion.

One of the, if not THE, worst poker clients out there. You would think you would want to compete with merge/lock but from where your energy is spent in "updating" software it appears you don't.

Make some important updates and there might be a chance of getting some serious grinders on there but if you think it's advantageous to rake to death the micro levels then continue as you have been..

Referring yourself as a player would go against one of the affiliate programs policies. Nevertheless, we have many affiliates offering 27% Rakeback as an incentive; feel free to search for the most suitable one for you.

NL to Limit switch:

I haven't been playing much as far as mtt's so I can only speak about sng's. It appears to happen when you have multiple tables going and when you are doing other stuff like looking through the lobby. Also when one sng table ends it occurs.

What will happen is the registration confirmation window will appear - the same confirmation for the game you just completed or are still in. It doesn't matter if you hit "OK" or "Cancel" it doesn't take an extra buyin out BUT the sng you are currently in will switch from NLH to Limit. The only way to resolve this is to restart the client which usually causes you to miss a hand. Once I was sitting on a flopped set and could only bet a single BB into a calling station. Imagine the frustration.

I'm in a Skype group of about 6-8 members which have nearly stopped playing because they mostly play a decent amount of sng volume and this is a HUGE hindrance.

Another issue, which I guess is being worked on, is we need more card options. Currently you have to keep the tables unnecessarily big because after a certain point the cards are not readable .

i was curious how it was possible that there could be multiple people with screen names that start with "ve" and then some random number after that - so one screen name is ve19967, another is ve86394, etc.

then, there are screen names that start with "bkr" and then some random number as well.

how is this possible? it seems impossible that someone would call themselves ve19984 and then someone else happens to call themselves ve but with a different number.

what is going on here?

No. No it's not fixed. I just checked. And don't tell me to uninstall and re-install and clear my internet explorer cookies. I did that. Many times. The problem is on YOUR end.

I had a hard enough time with "support" for them to even acknowledge the problem existed. They claimed I was merely an isolated case. I referred them to this thread about a week ago showing them other people were experiencing the same problem, and your "support" told me it wasn't his job to read forums. Such class. I've sent many screen shots of other players complaining about the issue in the chat and now your "support" won't even reply to those anymore.

Do you even communicate with anyone there? This issue has been going on for almost a month now and for you to not even have heard about it is absurd. It ruins the games. I can't even stack tables now because a bug related to the registration boxes makes some tables randomly hold priority even though my action is on another table. It was hard enough before because your game sounds only work whenever the table is already highlighted, which completely defeats the purpose of an alert noise.

If you're company wants to take poker seriously you need to clean house.
This is completely asinine.
