They're confused if your quote is accurate; UIGEA requires internet bets that are already banned.

What is that suppose to mean ?

Hi guys, I just got up and have received a lot of PM's. I'm happy to answer what I can, and will be doing so. I just wanted to let you know I'm not ignoring anyone, and everyone try and relax, there will be other options. I can share some with you.

Netspend reportedly said UIGEA bans IG and that's wrong; it bans acceptance of funds in relation to UIG.

same ****ing BS- Because of the UIGEA netspend is not longer allowed to transfer money to gaming sites. Even though this bill had already passed, it has to be enforced by tomorrow June 1st. No need of ****ing technicalities here.

Ok, got back to everybody that pm'd me. Hope that helps and anyone is welcome to pm me in the future.

We are going to have to think "outside the box" a little for now at least. There are other options to deposit guys.

Im confused cause i see different things in different posts....do the reloadable netspend cards still work and if not do the non-reloadable ones work?
05-31-2010 , 07:44 PM
Just friggin legalize and regulate it already.

No need of your attitude here either. Nothing wrong with getting it right, or correcting a false statement being sent by a corporation to millions of end users.

No, it's because of the laws that trigger UIGEA. You're rightfully upset with the symptom...what's the plan to cure the disease?

That's because it's constantly changing. And what works today still may not work tomorrow, come June 1.

What I'd really like to know - Netspend says this isn't their policy, but VISA/MC policy.

What are the chances ALL cards with the VISA/MC logo stop working at midnight?

Scary to even think about really...but a serious question.

Nah, just a land of people so busy sitting in chair playing online poker that we all forgot to rise up against this bill before it was too late. Obama delayed it from last November, bought us time...but I'm not sure for what lol...
05-31-2010 , 08:10 PM
But I dont feel that we should be forced to do something....who cares what people do with their hard earned money...u wanna do drugs, buy clothes, PLAY POKER...it should be your choice....and for a government so concerned with money why dont they use their heards and regulate this stuff and makemoney off it
05-31-2010 , 08:11 PM
I thought this went very well guys, in my state

Watching that link now...interesting...makes me feel like people who have never even seen an online poker game are deciding our fate....on a side note...i just emailed stars and they confirmed that there are no pre-paid cards that work right now. So i guess we only got e-checks or western union.....is there anything else?
