Question: First time user on stars, I deposited via e-check on 6/03/09 for $50. Built it up to about $400, and was wanting to cash out $200 of it. Now, it won't let me cash out via e-check until my deposit has cleared, but i've requested a check, and it says I need to contact cashier@support.com. Anyone think i'm going to have any problems due to the current situation? And if not, why am i contacting the cashier??

Grocery Store works just like a check cashing store. Its A business check , they run it through register and it gets approved or denied. BTW it is not a 3rd party check.

got this same email about the last check i requested, still no word on the other 2 im holding.

the end makes it sound like any requests we submit now should be fine, can anyone confirm? fwiw im just going to wait until at least i hear what they have to say monday.

Probably they couldn't clear the $50 from your bank, but that's just conjecture... best just to contact them. No one here can give you any solid answers for that.

Yeah, I don't think they are going to cut checks from the frozen account. You should be good to request more checks. I think since you haven't been notified of your outstanding checks, that those are probably fine as well, but just email them and ask. I did, and they let me know I am fine.

G911 has been wrong more times than they've been right. They were the ones that said, without question that Pokerstars was absolutely going to leave the US back in '06.

I think G911 is probably right on here. They were the first to report about Neteller. Though Im wondering why no other poker news site has said a word about it yet.

So I made a deposit and the transaction never hit my bank...Stars credited me instantly but I didn't go robusto and stars has now deducted the deposit amount from my Stars account leaving me with a negative balance.

They're telling me to "make good" by 6/14, but with Echecks cut off I have no way of depositing.

I dunno. This could be 2nd level thinking. If Frank has the votes to pass his bill into law, then there's a lot a money to be made by a person looking to set up shop in the American market, assuming they can kill off PS FT and AP, or at least screw up their finances until the bill passes.

And don't be surprised when Frank and a little known NY Federdal attorney retire to seats on the board of that person's company in a few years.

Can someone please PM me the name of the processors that the checks are bouncing from? I live in vegas if that helps at all, I dont know if certain processors handle certain parts of country. Much appreciated.
