after i sent bank statement 5 hrs later: just sucks to be me imo, what is bugging me now is they dont really say whats going on, I get more from forums than them

Yes, processing times are backed up at least on Stars (looks like 3-5 business days).

Sort of, e-checks arent back for everyone, checks are backed up, and we need to wait a couple of more days to make sure the latest batch are clearing (although there's no reason to expect otherwise. Obviously if the government can seize poker processors money its a problematic precedent, but we can get money out in the USA right now.

quick question made a echeck withdrawal back on 5/30 no sign so far and also a check withdrawal on 6/5 hasn't show yet either. Without reading through way too many posts. Are echecks clearing? Are paper checks from this time valid. Thanks from anyone thats currently on in advance

Withdrew 5K check June 1st, nothing in mail as of today June 13th. Stars says "15 days of processing be patient".

They also in a recent reply said my check was for $900, and I had to write back and they said "oh yeah 5K check". Wow... stars professionalism is slipping, IMO. They also didn't send me a single email unprompted at ANY point about the situation when normally cashouts take 3 days to arrive to my house. Sigh.

The main problem for me is Stars' lack of good communication which is normally their gold standard. Gonna be a little nervous until I get my cash because of the bad communication, where if they were very attentive to me I might be less concerned. Sometimes they ignored emails, or ignored the content of my messages. Frustrating!!

This is probably because even when checks were going smoothly they said it could take up to 15 days to get to your house...the fact that they got there quicker was nice but they don't owe any kind of email about how it's going to get there in the time they specified a long long time ago.

I should have mentioned that the delay in email response was after I brought up the Yahoo story and asked about the impact. Just kinda odd timing, when they were quickly answering other emails before. I guess I should just shrug my shoulders and cross my fingers the check comes this week
