One more - I most certainly won't complain about only 100 players in a $100 Freeroll but should "The Bridge" not be open to by far more players when you want to build up a player base early on? Considering it is the only free to enter game at the moment, it would be a huge turn down for new members. Either open it up or schedule more regular Freerolls and split the expenses.

I feel as if I was playing against the house. I've been playing on the site since yesterday and I've been on it pretty much at all times of the day. There was no games running, but I saw a guy sitting at 7 card stud(which was added today). I've never seen the guy play on this site yet, but he was sitting down with $20. I played him and he crushed me, but I'm not talking about BBV. It just seems strange that a random guy sat down at the table that I have never seen before with a $20 buyin on a new game added to the site.

I don't think we can assume someone deposited here already, can we?

I think you guys are new actually ? maybe thats why ive never heard of this ?

Well anyway since u want opinions, ill give u mine. Ive played poker for a living for 7 years online, went to almost all site so I guess I know what im talking about.

regarding the bonus, I can already tell u that wagering 8$ to win 1$ of the bonus is pretty brutal and way below the average online clearing rate
Imo it should be between 3$ to 5$ for 1$ of the bonus depending on how agressive you want your promo to be.
If I was u, I'd drop it from 200% to 100% match.

10$ free is amazing to get new players in and even more experienced players enjoy a free 10$

100$ freeroll is fine

Royal flush is kinda meh. Super hard to get and only 30$. It wont do much good imo

I think you should create a promo to encourage player to put in volume. A free 3,30$ mtt ticket if you play 500 hands / free 5,50$ ticket if u play 700 hands in 24 hours or something like that. That will help to you fill up ur mtt a bit and encourage other to actually participate since the prize pool will be more decent

Also add up husng fast, only 2 players needed to start a game.

anyway gl

We had a soft launch in november 2012, and we are planning on keeping it quiet and will not make the usual noise now. Although the majority of our group have been around for years in the industry, the teams (Tech., Support, Marketing etc.) have to blend optimal. Several things might not run perfectly smooth now, but we strive to continuously improve our service and operation. We assure you (= all customers), our entire team is monitoring this thread - as well as all other (relevant) information coming in from different locations - and we give the necessary attention to it. Having said that, your ideas and comments are very welcome.

We'll come back to you on some points!

Thank you.

Be carefull with this one, guys. There is nothing anywhere about where are player funds kept, where are they licensed and operating from.

Did receive the 10 dollars for the sign up now if there were some players or tourneys it would help.

I the lobby of The Bridge it does show 0.5/1 as first Blindlevel but at the table its 1/2 (which already makes zero sense). You cannot see the blind level structure anywhere and the prize pool is in fact displayed as $0 with the top three all receiving $0 ...

You cannot sort players by name or chip count / finishing position in the tournament lobby ... and the bet 1/2 BB post flop bug is also the case for tournaments as well

Even more bizarre glitch: A sit out on the table had 310 Chips at 150-300 and was still sitting out when someone min-raised to 600 and he was in the BB. The software simply decided that the sit out calls the 10 Chips off as well and obv. won with 67 off for a backdoor straight.

Next: One Sit Out was all-in for less than 1/2 BB and someone was allowed to limp for 1/2 BB and I could check my option from SB without paying anything on top.

Irritating to say the least ...

Just out in 19th or something, you don't need to pay me any banana or whatever the payout may be. Seriously though, this was possibly the most weird online poker experience in years and I doubt I will be playing here again until either the vast majority of bugs are fixed or the brand new software client is launched.

Dealer: Willfrascos has finished # 10. winning $5

So this is supposedly paying out.

1000/2000 is the highest blind level

I won it.. $35

UPDATE: The $35 I won is not in my account. Is anyone else here having a similar issue with their winnings from the freeroll?

Yeah I got 3rd.

Payout was 35,20,10,5x7 though still waiting for the money to be deposited into my account as well.

Site has a lot of issues that need to be worked on though. Never played on a site with so many flaws.

One more "glitch" I forgot to mention - when there was an all-in showdown prior to the River, only sometimes the cards of all players all-in were actually shown. Other times you could only guess it for 1/2 second after the River when it suddenly flashed up ... besides that, the action after players going all-in was by far faster than anything in regular game play.

Looking forward to the feedback from the Rep towards all those issues. IMHO it is simply not acceptable at all given the technical standards in 2013, especially when basic and very common rules of poker are broken.

We were playing in a $100 freeroll. Thought to give it a shot as it only had 60 registered. I think only about 20 were actually playing though.

My $35 winnings have still not hit my account. I also emailed Poker Rebel yesterday right after I won the tournament saying that my winnings were never put in my account, but I never recieved a reply yet. Looks worse and worse for this to be successful.

Same here, no winnings were credited to my account. Even for a starting site wouldn't the amount of players be considered laughably low. Home games have more players than this site.
