Hi, so far reasonably ok to play there, but have some questions.

They said to me with the freeroll winnings if I made 1000 points, I am able to cashout 100 euro of it+ deposit. This is clear for the most part.

But there could be a couple of ifs.

For example if I lose a portion of my BR (coming below the amount of freeroll winnings) making the 1000 points , am I still entitled to cashout the 100 euro and deposit?

Also seems you get back some rakeback and of course points, getting this rakeback and let's say using these points will this affect the cashout in any ways like it gets deducted somehow?

Making profits above the freeroll winnings are these able to be withdrawn?

And somehow hope traffic will improve a bit on some of the stakes available, cause playing below 25c blinds with the BR available there isn't really motivating

Might do some small rakerace or raked hands race to improve this.

If a player elects to participate in welcome package promo - hes/hers deposit gets locked for withdrawal, until 250 points are reached.

Deposit unlocks at 250, and winnings at 1000 points (in your example) , it doesn't matter whether you won or lost a portion of your bankroll, you can still withdraw it all
No, they won't affect. Points you gather to clear promo winnings are Poker Points; points you use in VIP store and tourn.buyins are Reward Points.
Poker Points are units that measure how much you've played, they grant you certain VIP statuses. Each status has certain multiplier, that converts Poker Points to Reward Points. You can check more about multipliers at this link

Hi Zarko,i have big problem with Pokerminds, 10 days ago they suspend my account (i have on account 250e +), i try to payout...but they block it (suspend)....Reason "flagged for suspicious activity" dont know even for what...alot fish's there and if you are regular or even play premium hands you can make good bankroll...I send during last 10 days several email's they dont respond ...obviously they ignore me,so i decide to make some moves,firstly i'll report it here...then go do same to other forums...

i think it's scam-room. Nobody got withdraw. It's very stange. I tried to ask players in chat,they answered that can't out money. I know about points, some players have 500+ points,800+ and 5000. They can't get money too.
Player with 5000 points said that got money from affiliate and now try out on visa,but getting nothing many days.

Firstly, let me apologize for the inconvenience this may caused you.
There were some problems with cashouts due to several reasons:


One of the reasons is that some players didn't quite understand the points system, and we will do our best to make it even better, and more comprehensible in the future.

For some of the players, part of our system, that takes notes of player's Welcome Package winnings, failed to display them.
Some players cashed out their winnings w/o gathering any points (unfortunately they are not bragging here about it )...
Others didn't - and they got their cashout requests on standby.
Our team of nerds is working hard to solve the issue, so everything can continue to run smoothly as it did.

Second part was the issue with Visa. They are one of ours payment processors, and they suffered a problem - resulting in some cashout requests getting stuck in pending status.

Guys, I apologize once more, and I ask you for your patience. We are new poker room, and we ain't part of any network - Because of that, our offer to the players is great. However, in the beginning some hiccups are expected to happen.

I am really trying to speed things up, and prevent any of you guys from waiting more than it's necessary at the moment.

hom9k, players will get their payments, and you can be 100% sure about it. Some of them need to gather certain number of points, others don't. I just ask for a little patience, money won't go anywhere.
