Re: *** Official Poker Pros Network Support and Promotions Thread ***

I had noted in the the previous thread the apparent change from day to day about the way the last hand replay does not work, wondering if anyone at PPN knows how to hit the save button. That may have been an overreaction. It may be that there have not been a lot of changes but that it works differently on different tables. Here is what i have noticed lately:

works ok on Omaha and Omaha hilo limit tables, as far as I can tell from playing heads up

does not work in the freeroll (shows only the board)

does not work on FL holdem (shows only the board)

One of the promotions shown on the leaderboard (raked hand) page shows this:

"Top 3 finishers each week will get to play the PPNCEO headsup. 1st place will play for 50.00, 2nd place for 35.00 and 3rd place for 20.00. Each time the PPNCEO wins a headsup match he will add money to the pot. 1st Place will add 10.00 2nd place will add 5.00 and 3rd place will add 2.00. Once the pot is won by a player the next week will revert back to the original pot starting value."

Poor Chuck needs a chance to get two thirds of his money back!!! Just kidding Chuck, sounds like fun.

SORRY, BAD MATH. It's 83.8%, not 66.6% of his money back.

IndyJones, it seems you should take some meds.:P ...and by the way again no answers from support or Gio (more than 2 days), that is not really promising...

add some cheap $2, $3 and $5 o8 pl tourneys 1500 starting chips, see how they do. maybe offer turbo and normal speed for the sit-n-gos. merge and carbon don't offer nl o8 sit-n-gos, but they were quite popular on pokerstars.
We will be adding new Omaha Tables and tournaments today and Sunday. Let me know if you want changes to them or additions.

Hey Gio, how about a 6 card game so that Indy will quit sucking out on me?

The leaderboard page link you provided presents two leaderboards: a tourney leaderboard and a raked hand leaderboard. Do we get tourney points for playing in a sit n go, a satellite tourney (free or otherwise) or anything other than a regular tourney?

.
Well i figured out that the freerolls count toward points for the tournament leaderboard. How else could someone accumulate 40 points? i would be surprised if more than a few regular tourneys have run. How likely is it that they would get 10 people to put up a several bucks for a tourney then leave the tournament window open to be sure they didn't miss the start.

Hey Gio. how hard would it be to check this forum every other day and at least say you don't know the answers to my questions and that you might look into some of them.
