Nope but I haven't been playing on Party for this month thanks to the freezing bug I reported several times (and I sent them e-mail on 27th and then follow ups ). Guess I lost at least 200$ bucks thanks to this bug in value....

The thing is I used to be one of the biggest winners at small stakes so they don't even consider me as a human being I have no rights on Party and finally thy made thier point so I no longer play there.
They are just bunch of scumbags.

Wrong, Party screwed me out of $5,000 with freezes and disconnections at final tables (final five), but I didn't get anything.

Sweet! $50 USD Bonus credited to my account requiring 100 points to clear. The money is actually in my account, just can't cash it out until I clear it.

I wasn't even playing at the time of the server crash..

Way to go Party.bwin.

New bug today. After registering in 18 or so sitngos, I am not able to register in any further. Keep getting the "you must complete registration at the other table first" message, despite not actually failing to register in any sitngos.

Closing and relaunching the client fixes the problem, but it's pretty unwise to do that while 15 tabling sitngos. Even now with 1 table remaining, I am unable to register in any more sitngos until I close and relaunch the client.

Hi all,

Thanks for all the feedback you have posted here over the past week.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the unexpected downtime which occurred on Tuesday. A post-release issue caused widespread log-in issues for several hours. This has now been resolved.

Secondly, I would like to address the issues raised in another thread which have prompted a suggested “sit-out” on the partypoker tables this evening.

Some of the main points raised in the aforementioned thread are:

Bonus Clearing Requirements:

We are currently reviewing and will be changing the loyalty and bonus offering in the new year. We will be in a better position to comment further on this topic then.

Funds Related to Fraud:

We are actively working on a more transparent policy with regards to funds recovered from fraudulent activity. I can’t yet release any details of this due to the sensitivity factor, but ask for your patience while we finalise this item and then share the details with you.

In addition to the above points, it has been mentioned that we are in some way trying to stall our players by making statements on 2+2 but not backing these statements up with any action. I can wholeheartedly say that this is not the case and we do have multiple projects being worked on, many of which are a direct result of the feedback posted here, by a number of teams in the business in order to improve our overall service. The progress may appear to be slow from the outside, which is fully understandable, but we have been making some very positive headway on these issues.

My last comment on the proposed sit-out is just to gently highlight that our terms state that the games we operate must be used by players in accordance with the game rules. Whilst we have commitments to you as our players, we also have an obligation to provide a safe, fun and enjoyable experience to the rest of our customers.

On a lighter note…

• There is still just over a week to get your hands on one of many PlayStation®4’s available in our PlayStation®4 Freestival Promotion

• Next up, promotion-wise, is something exciting for the tournament players amongst you. Expect an official announcement on Monday.

• There are still a few weeks left of qualification available for WPT Prague and WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open. Satellites are priced at $325 for either event and qualification to these is available via the usual routes, with finals every Sunday.

• And finally, after a 7 year wait, the partypoker game is available in the USA! We started our soft launch period last night in the state of New Jersey.

Thanks and have a good weekend

Party_Rep Chris

Are you threatening to ban us if we sitout protest?

So let's see. There are players who sitout on your tables while the recreational players (who come to your tables for fun and enjoyable experience) take a break. Then sit back in when the recreational player comes back. We, the regs who don't do that, had to email you about these scumbags for months and mostly nothing happened (few of them changed the behaviour, sure). After a while people noticed that you were not going to do anything and stopped reporting the players.

So you are threathening to ban us players who just want some fairness in some of the decisions you have made but are ignoring something that has been going on for long time and it's much scummier than what we are doing.

That's nice!

I'm hoping the "in the new year" doesn't mean 3 years like with the "new" software

btw, sitout protest cancelled as far as i'm concerned with party threatening to ban us if we do it.

+1 Just tell us now.
Are you going to increase or decrease the Value of Party points and the clearing of bonuses?

Is there any reason to ignore this?

I tried to sit as the third player and insta sit out & sit in and they responded immediately (also sit in&out obv). PokerStars banned well known highstakes player for "stealing buttons" even though he was legitimate player otherwise. You have obvious bots here which don't play any poker at all and are just stealing money from other players (recs too ofc) and there's no action against them?

I'd be worried if I were you. The biggest bonuses you can possibly buy on ZyngaPlusPoker are $1000's for 10k points, so RB is capped @ 20%. Let's hope it's skin specific...

Chris, If this is your policy, then how come no action has been taken against the bot that plays on party and steals blinds for almost 2 years and continually gets reported? Also, why do the same players always sitout when fish busts but nothing is ever done? If this is your policy and you only pick and choose when to enforce it, than this is another problem Just saying.

Was still getting the same error with only 1 table open, and zero registered. Only relaunching the client fixed it. Seems to have gone now though.

Hi Chris. I am not involved in organizing the sit-out protest, but I find this very hypocritical of you. It borderline sounds like a threat...

As YouSureSir and many others have stated there are players who table block 10s of tables every single day. There are numerous players who insta sit-out when fish sit out every single day. There are also the bots that only play Small blind, and never big, but they are just such low-life scums I don't even care about them.

These players are harming the poker ecology and creating the opposite of an enjoyable playing experience for recreational players. How is this fair for rule-abiding regulars who have to compete in a growingly tough environment?

Until you deal with these sit-out/table-blocking abusers, you are just going to sound like a hypocrite. Also I would like you to know, that if you don't deal with these issues, I personally am going to start behaving the same way as they do. What is the point... you aren't going to fix it for us, and now you are threatening users who are actually desperately just crying for your attention.

You guys have done everything possible to cultivate respect from Party Management. I simply can't understand how they think they could get away with a thinly veiled threat. It's clear the people still grinding on Party won't just put up with anything

It was OK for me tonight, but the points display seems a bit messed up: it's displaying for 23rd (tommorow) and seems to be lagging behind (hopefully it will update soon as nearly cleared a bonus and not sure how close I really am...).
