Hi, three issues:

One: buttons keep disappearing. It's my turn to act but can't do anything because there is no button for betting, folding, etc. (I have to turn the client off and then on on again to get them back, usually costing me one pot).

Two: when signing up for sitngos, it will sometimes work fine, but then other times will not give me more than one second before telling me I took too long and not allow me to sign in. I again have to turn off the client and turn it back on. It doesn't cost me pots but is annoying as it happens a lot.

Three: I have a very old Party Account that was pre-rakeback. Is there any way to change that? Either a new account or convert this one to rakeback? I assume not, but it really is wrong to screw over old loyal customers and leads to a migration away from Party of those like myself who cannot get rakeback to sites where one can.

did anyone else notice the bug where you can't see cards? the game just keeps on going, and you hear sounds, but the cards are not displayed...

i'm playing 6max, not regularly, and just now it happened that HH stopped saving in the log... From some random hand on I can't see hud and I can't import hands... does it happen many times? what should i do? ty

sry i restarted the client and now it works

I suggest you guys relay your problems to live chat or email support. I don't really think it will get resolved by posting here (at least it's not the fastest method); afaik there's only one, maybe two support reps that check this thread, and they post here like twice a year lol.

I reported the HH problem to live chat, and Vlad said it was a known issue.

Party randomly decides to stop logging hand histories. Usually the first batch of tables I open work fine, then when I start my 2nd session it stops logging.

Weird
This section seems to be wrong:

VILLAIN calls (36.75)
VILLAIN is all-In.

He should only have had 25.37 left in his stack.

yep. Somehow I ended up losing 52.37 in the hand even though he only has a stack of 40.99. hopefully they can give me an explanation of what the hell happened. More importantly I'd be on the look out for weird hands like this in the future in which you raise more than a villains stack and the extra amount doesn't make it back to your stack. FWIW I figure out what had happened when PT3 said there was an error while importing the hand and then I went back and requested the HH from party and looked at the details.

I've also refunded the missing $12.01.

they responded really quickly and hopefully they can figure out whether this was a one time glitch or there is some kind of bug that needs to be fixed. If anyone else finds a similar hand I'd suggest forwarding it to the VIP team so that the tech dept can take a look at it.

VIP got back to me one more time saying that Tech confirmed it was a problem and they were working to fix it. I know you guys get frustrated with the client and some of their decisions as a company, but I got to say that VIP support has been terrific in the timeliness of their responses and willingness to help out when there are problems.
