^did you activate the sign up bonus yet? that message you get "are you sure you want to cash out, doing so will void your pending bonus offer" i believe refers only to the welcome bonus.

i got funds on the site initially by player transfer, and couldn't withdraw without voiding it, once i finally deposited to activate it, it was fine, you can withdraw while part way through a bonus. party store bonuses aren't affected by cashouts either.

I just got sent a new Bonus the other day 100% up to $100 in 2 instalments, but I'm trying to cash out $100 so I can but it back on and get the todays bonus.

if you got sent that bonus offer then i'm guessing you've never deposited, that's usually why they send it, they want players to deposit, link their accounts to their bank cards etc, and therefore be more likely to keep playing, maybe play higher stakes. it's a business

if you just cash out funds you could've put on the site by player transfer/unlocked from somewhere to just redeposit them again to activate a bonus, party doesn't like that, they don't stand to really benefit

you could try asking nicely in live chat support, explain you will deposit later for the first bonus

I have made a deposit, this is Bonus that they just sent last week.

I think what I'm going to have to do is just forget about this bonus and get the Barcelona Bonus because I wont be able to get this Bonus.

I haven't read this thread to know if this is an issue for many people, but I know at least 2 others who have experienced the same problems. Yesterday I was playing the $215 and $530 highroller along with about 15 other games across 5 sites. The $215 played fine all day before and after the $530, but the $530 never popped up, I didn't notice until I had around 20BB left. I called support and told them about the issue before playing any hands since I didn't want to ruin my chances of some sort of compensation. They basically told me "sorry, it's not our fault, you shouldn't be playing so many tables". I mean, it's clearly a software glitch, and telling customers that are playing their highest stakes tournament of the week that it's their fault they're playing professionally and I should be 1-tabling is kind of ludicrous. This view is probably fine for stakes that are populated by basically no professionals/people mass-tabling, but can this seriously be said for the highest stakes tournament you offer? Over the past 3 years I've received between 3 and 4k of refunds from Pokerstars and FTP for these exact same issues because it's clearly a glitch in the software.

Very unhappy with the response from support about this, please fix your software, and please realize that telling someone they should play less games and notice when the software doesn't do what it should is a good way to alienate the small amount of highstakes tournament players you already have. If I'm cutting back tables it's probably going to by Party Poker tables that get cut first.

whatever the issue partys first reply is always that there is a problem at your end except in this case they turned a software glitch to be your fault somehow

yea, basically they said my internet disconnected at the point the tournament started which caused it not to start. I didn't have a full on drop/disconnect all day, maybe some lag, but pretty sure every other client has tournaments pop up still even if you full on disconnect. Any time my tournaments haven't came up and I've missed them on stars or FTP after some glitchy update I've gotten full refunds.

Unless something has changed in the last two years, even if you had noticed it you might not have been able to do anything about it for a while since when this issue occurs the "take a seat" button in the tournament lobby is usually grayed out. Closing and then relaunching the software may help, but of course this causes you to miss hands in your other tournaments.

Has anyone else noticed the timer disappearance (the "has .. seconds left to act" message) and the auto timebank not working?

Yes! I'm having huge problems with the timer ever since the last update. I've found that over the course of a session, the amount of time I have when the action is on me goes down until I literally have 0 seconds per action and get sat out (time-bank doesn't trigger either). i.e. at the start of a session I get ~15 seconds per action, 10 mins in and I'm getting 8 secs, 20 mins in I'm getting 2 secs, etc.

Similar problem when trying to buy-in at a new table, normally you get about 16 seconds but over the course of a session this keeps going down until it becomes impossible to buy-in. Logging out/in resets it but for all intents and purposes Party is unplayable for me right now.

I know someone else who doesn't have this issue at all, and it would seem most players in general don't have this issue.

I emailed support and they told me the technical department would look into it, and to have a great weekend!

It seems to me that people that this happens to are not logged into the server properly at the time even though they can play - started as of the last update.
