I opened it to 3 Week an account, deposited 40euros to try out because they had already heard much of there (apparently I was wrong)
I lost some money and then I gained .. I was up first place in a tournament there and won some cash.
I did the Cash out emuito resumindamente, they canceled me my account .. I called them .. I tried to explain in english what was happening for me they block the account .. and cash out after 48 hours still not be done.
They transferred me to call the security team and told me that my account was canceled and I was without my money cash out (300 Euros) because I played with players who made the Provost to lose. (But that excuse is this?) And I said I played for more than 14 hours seguindas to earn a little cash now .. and me were adizer this? and they say the phone name players I do not know .. to say they did lose the purpose etc etc etc ...
Is there anything I can do? I do not believe that I will lose my money and my account will remain closed

I got this message from Party Poker right after I got a message saying my documentation has been verified. I have not received any reply from them as to what the hell is going on. I opened the account recently but before I deposited any money, I spoke w/ the support asking everything relevant & even uploaded my documentation verification prior to depositing so I wouldn't have to face things of this sort. I cash out all my money about 2 days later (after asking support when i could cashout &b they told me b/w 24 to 48 hrs after initial deposit) , now 4 days later I'm still pending approval. The amount is 820$. Than last night I get this message.

This is why I was hesitant to play here in the 1st place. Everyone I know who has played here has encountered several problems. I never played here before, this is my first account, sent required documentation right away before deposit, yet this still happens. Can anyone shed some light on this situation, it would greatly appreciated

Another little thing. I was hitting $0.20 or 5 points or 10 points in the daily card deal promotion thing, then I cashed out my money and in the 3 days in a row since the cashout I've "won" entry to the $2k freeroll every day. I completely understand why party would choose to give me non-value cards because I'm no longer playing there but ya know...more evidence of a certain type of rigging toward specific accounts I guess. Card promotion segregation too lol.

Hi, as it is my first post in this poker community, I will introduce myself. I’ m currently a regular player in NL25 and my nickname is Bosas1 before it was Troleibusas1. I change it in first week of February. As I shortly introduce myself I can now say my problem. Yesterday party poker blocked my account with a reason of using illegal programs. It was like snow in summer for me. I don’t remember for how long I play at party but it must be at least 5 years. And at first I didn’t knew about bankroll management so this is why my curve is with very big waves at first. But the problem is not in this picture, because my last cash out was made in about second or third week of February. I wondering what made them confused. Could it be because of my grinding in February. As I played in this month more hands than I usually do. But I wanted to dominate a country with I failed to do. So I started to play in 9 tables instead of 6. As it was February, the month after the exam session, I had a lot of time to play so I played longer too. Furthermore if you look at me results you could see that I were mostly wining at the first session of my day and especially in my first hour, until I become tired. How could robotic become tired??? But didn’t stop playing even then I feel tired and constantly made bad decisions, it was because of the ****ty promo( world domination). Then I played in this month I was constantly looking at my points and checking what city I get. Without realizing that it makes me loosing much more money then I get from promo.
I also thought about second thing that made them confused. Could it be that I started to be a winning player at March? I have the answer for that too. I analyzed last month and I came to a conclusion that I was losing because of fatigue. So I stopped playing longer than hour or two and cut out the fourth session of the day, the night session there I lost most of my last month money.
