+1 Same here. 35BI under last month and 14BI under already this month (not played for last 5 days either). Hard to beat the games nowadays as it is, without the worry about the game not even being fair.

Party_Rep,
a while back you said you'd look for the answer for what happens to monies lost to a rogue account. Any news on this?

Party_Rep,
when you arrange for the softer tables for the newcomers and weaker players, are you informing them that the conditions of the game might change if they end up winning some?

Party_Rep,
looking at your licensing terms, as a player I should be able to get all data you have on me. How do I acquire the data? I'm specifically interested in the parts that you use for the table segregation.

Can't be fixed as far as I know, the only way to multi-table without going ape**** crazy because of the "it's your turn to act BEEEP" 60 times per minute is to turn the sound completely off.

-Preferences->Basic settings->disable all sound tick box.

-Or go to PartyGaming>Partypoker>NewSounds and delete the unwanted sound files(I have done it with image files not sound files).

I'm not too sure about 2012 because the official statements are not out yet. But in 2011 they had a 431 million £ loss. They had a 792 million £ administrative expense and a 246 million £ distribution expense without any notes on it. The yearly net loss is not even discussed by management and is well hidden until page 106 of the 2011 statement. When you read statements you should always start by the end where the official statements are. Something shady going on. Im cashing out my big 250 $

i agree that most of the recent posts are normal boring bbv but it's going to be really hard to not question party possibly rigging the games in some way.
what they've done, mostly because they didn't give any notice and were almost definitely hoping that nobody would notice, isn't so very far off from rigging the deck.

i don't even play cash games and it's bad enough that it scared me from playing nearly the volume i have been in recent months.

Party_Rep Can you help us? http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/51...rogue-1291339/

Do you know anything about this fraud investigation?

What are the fraud investigation results?

Your affiliate does not keep his promise to the players. Will he be punished?

Yep. Shouldn't show up as a loss from operations though. Just a add or minus to the balance sheet. Kinda weird they don't even bother explaining to the shareholders why they spent over 1 billion £ on administrative expenses. I guess most investors don't really care they just want to gamboooll on this stock.

I got a major in accounting and I can tell you it's real shady. The kind of stuff they tell us never to do in statements, they've done it right there, super unethical.

Anyone else got issues with party cash outs ?

I initiated a bank transfer cash out 3 weeks ago and it hasn't hit yet.

All my moneybookers transfer are taking over 1 week to process. I remember 2 years ago I could do 2 of them per day if I was lucky.

Anyone know if our funds are safe with party ? I'm kinda freaking out about them lately....

It continued in 2012 with a £65 million net loss. I don't see how forcing the Palladium Elites to take their $20,000+ rake/quarter to PokerStars will increase Party's revenue.

This is because of the turnover taxes that ware introduced in some countries for gambling. Palladium Elite guys produce huge turnover in respect to EBITDA, so taxes would kill this EBITDA resulting to negative net profit over these guys. This was the true reason for removal Palladium Elite I guess.

Does "turnover tax" on poker mean that a % is taken from every deposit, or from the rake in every hand? If a Palladium Elite made a one-time $1,000 deposit but now generates $20,000 rake every quarter, are you saying that Party keeps getting taxed on that $20K rake instead of once on the $1K deposit?

I like how he starts by complaining how tough the market is

How he goes on about "refreshing the product" just scares me... he is obv not just talking about the new client
