Please follow the steps to for creating a trace report:
Step 1: Click on the 'Start' menu, after that please select the option 'Run'.
You will be displayed a new window where you will have to type 'command' and press enter.
Step 2: In the command window please type the following:
tracert real.partygaming.com
Send the details (Output of the above commands) – Either in text or Screenshot.
Step 3: Once the trace is complete, click on C:\ on the top left corner of the command window, and select Edit and then Mark
Step 4: Once the cursor is bold then select the content you need and click enter, the information is copied to the clipboard.
Paste (Ctrl+V) it in a word or text document and send it to
tech@partypoker.com
