Is your HEM1 working as it should guys? I've had couple sessions now where HEM has imported about half or 1/3 of my hands. Otherwise it's working fine, HUD etc. but lot of hands missing.

i've requested HHs for Feb-Mar when i bought a new laptop and was to lazy to xfer them (like 1 month ago) and they keep sending me mails like "sorry for the delay, here's your HH from 20.-21.Feb 2012" xD

I had made the blunder of signing up with PartyPoker through cheap Pokersource

and don't get any rakeback, but I wasn't offered any Palladium promotion. Can the lucky few post the details? Do you all have a blackjack or other Party gambling leak?

Party Poker offered a very good value reload bonus, which was activated, and 50% cleared, but then they removed the bonus which was ACTIVE and offered a worse bonus instead.

They didnt even credit the % of the bonus that was cleared. If Party Rep reads this, please tell why Party is doing this?

Does party plan to fix the (assumed bug) where if a player chooses to sit out at a HUHU table, both players then get booted? Extremely annoying and some regs use it to take tables from other regs they would never normally battle for a table.

The bonus still ran for 29 days(activated it yesterday) and suddenly it disappeared and a new and worse one was there to opt in.

Another problem: they used to process withdrawals in less than 24 hours, now its almost a week and pending..

i've gotten my withdrawals to moneybookers in ~3hours everytime except once when it took 24hrs and was still pending so i went to livechat who said there was some glitch and they processed it right away

so go to live chat and complain

party is one of the best if not the best site wrt withdrawal speed
