btw has anyone else problems with live chat (cursor just disappears after every word and I have to click in the chat window lol) and mtt tables disappear too (have to search myself in the lobby) it's getting worse and worse with the bugs imo. off topic I'd like to thank lessu and others ITT for trying to jump in everytime (all the time) party fails :P

Ye the mtts have been disappearing on me all day. Sometimes they never appear at all and I'm 45 min into a tourney before I realise it's started. I emailed support. 'It's a connection problem'. What a load of arse.

PokerStars just released full multitabling support on the iPad so ima play that for a few days.

Party you should make a mobile app. Try push it through this decade.

Can you hurry the **** up and merge please. Fingers crossed it will sort out your sloppiness.

The last few days there's a bug sometimes where tournaments don't appear in the lobby when I log on. Everything else such as cash games and SnGs appear as normal. Relogging fixes it.

Also, they are messing with their tourney schedules again. If you play PLO8, Stud or FLHE tourneys, check it out and let them know your displeasure...

Wow, Party really punishes you if you multi-table tournaments. I've lost thousands of dollars with Party's bugs, including being blinded to death, unable to click on the "I am back" button, being eliminated early in rebuys, missed add-ons, lags, freezes, etc. I wished I got PartyEzCASH before I ever multi-tabled at Party.

Question: It it common for Party Poker software to ask me to upload a government issued ID before I can make a cash out, despite me having multiple withdrawals in the past?

Prior to this message, I have deposited and cashed out at least 6 times.

(Note: I did make 2 withdrawals recently...totaling under 4k. both were successful)

Yes they often re-request all ID docs, or remove the gift certificates/inter account transfer options without notice. Even if you're Palladium VIP, and have been approved for ages. Doesn't mean you've done anything suspicious, it's apparently random.

You should phone VIP support five minutes after uploading your ID and a fresh <3month old utility bill, they'll then just re-approve you instantly. Don't wait for an email reply, they often don't come
