What could be the reason for cashing out.....

If true, the system will warn you that cashing out will forfeit a bonus. So try cashing out and see if it lets your or says your bonus will go away.

I'm not sure what else you're asking.

Additionally, it seems the inactivity dialogue on the new Mac Beta also logs you out, and when you reconnect you're actually not in as your SN anymore and have to restart the software.

+1 to getting rid of this ridiculous feature.

FYI party support told me this isn't a bonus for reloaders, only new signups. They did however offer me a slightly different reload bonus anyway. Party support is getting better

it says "$100 reload" not "sign-up bonus" and many have succesfully deposited and gotten the bonus

The $100 reload bonus was only valid on 10-Feb, so we've missed it this time.

I realise that, it doesn't shock me that he had no idea about it seeing as it was a twitter-only thing. Typical of CS reps to not be informed of bonuses and to not read the site's own twitter feed heh.

Maybe this had something to do with it, I was half a day late reloading. Regardless, I e-mailed them and they sorted me out with a new (albeit smaller) bonus. Can't complain

I have a few questions on VIP program:

1. Do the various levels increase the rate at which we accumulate points, as with Stars and the FPP multiplier? E.g. does Palladium accumulate points at a faster rate per $ of rake paid than a Gold level player?

2. Poker bonuses - so these are just like cash bonuses except in return for them being larger than the immediate cash, you subsequently have to earn more points to clear them? If so is there a time limit to clear the points?

3. When I "spend" points I've accumulated on a poker bonus, can this cause my VIP status to drop back down? E.g. Drop from palladium to gold becuase once spent I no longer have the requisite number of points for the quarter?
