Opt In Button seems a little bit broken to me. Clicked it several times before. After registering for another Tourney Opt In Button appears again as if i did not click it before.

This is the precise cycle :

- I go to rewards
- I click "Opt in". The orange "Opt in" button disappears from both the reward window and the top of the client where it says "My Cashback" and it says I am opted in.
- I go to "Poker"
- The moment I start playing fast forward, the orange opt in button pops back up on the top of the poker client .
- I go to rewards and it says "5 days left to opt in...."
-Rinse and repeat

It appears to me that it opts itself back out again the moment you start earning points.

I've tested it now whilst I don't play and it stays opted in, so it is opting out purely when you start accumulating points.

Same for me.

Same problem here with rb opt-in.

I didn't even played anything. Did opt-in few hours ago and when checked Party again opt-in button was there again.

nothing has changed for the belgium bwin.be client since the update?
promotions is still just the same tab with the same challenges?
I can even still go to the old store straight from the client overview b'inside section.

What the *** is wrong with you people hosting these pokerclients, if it wasnt for pokerstars to pay you guys under the table things wouldnt be like this, feeling disrespected AF yet again!

Please make Sit and Hero playable. Such a big opportunity for you guys to take a big piece of business from stars with the new 40% rback.

You cant have a 40% x2 multiplier, pay 1.5 buy ins to the 1st + 50 random bounty in a 4 handed game.

Same thing happened to me, but with just over 3k points. I phoned and kicked up a fuss but they said nothing doing. Then I kicked up a helluvafuss and eventually they showed me how to quickly use them to purchase tournament tickets...that was by logging on via PC browser on www.partyaccount.com
I had to turn Avast off temporarily for some reason. I don't know if they did anything particular to my account or that anyone can still access their old store points this way for the time being. Good luck....

It should be made clear that the 40% rakeback is the top tier. The rakeback starts at 20%, it is only the highest volume/highest stakes achieving 40%.

So I did need to opt in repeatedly , but my client rakeback has been functioning properly for a good 6 hours now.
Also logged in from my mobile.
Things look pretty slick from there too !
