I can only play on Bwin, not Partypoker. Do the new rakeback changes also apply to Bwin or just Partypoker ? Since it's the same playerpool and stuff..

All - Due to the late finish to yesterday's Powerfest main event Million we are delaying the update that will launch the new loyalty program in order to minimize disruption to our players during peak times.
The patch will now be deployed tomorrow morning at 8:00 CET

Hi friends, I´m looking for the option to auto-rebuy in fastforward to the minimum but I only can find "auto-rebuy max" , where can I find this??

I miss too an option to give priority to the table under my mouse, I mean, if my mouse is on "x" table, that table float over the others.

Regarding this is it possible that party could change the buyin and ratholing similar to stars where you can't constantly rathole with 50bbs? And yes I know the answer to your problem but I will not share it with you and I hope noone else will do it either.

hey collette/anyone that knows, is there a way i can request the last 2 weeks of MTT hand historys so i can upload to PT4 on my poker computer, it was in being fixed, i dont have access to the one i played said MTTs on so need the files sent from the site its self to be uploaded, any help appreciated

Opt In Button seems a little bit broken to me. Clicked it several times before. After registering for another Tourney Opt In Button appears again as if i did not click it before.

quick question about new cashback system

1/ If we don't opt-in, are all accumulated points lost at the end of week?
2/ If we opt-in, are extra points beyond the target cashback wasted? ie: If I earn 95 points -> do I get cashback for hitting the 75 point target and lose the other 20?

The opt in system keeps unticking itself. As soon as software updated and I logged in, I immediately opted in. Had to restart and came back and the opt in button was back. Went into rewards and it says "Please opt in" so I opted in a 2nd time. During game play, it kept coming back saying "opt in" so I clicked it a 3rd time!!!

Same thing happening to me.

No - we dont provide HH to support the use of 3rd party tools

Nope, it opts me back out the minute I go back to the poker lobby from the rewards section. I've opted in about 12 times this morning and its yet again asking me to opt in!

This is the precise cycle :

- I go to rewards
- I click "Opt in". The orange "Opt in" button disappears from both the reward window and the top of the client where it says "My Cashback" and it says I am opted in.
- I go to "Poker"
- The moment I start playing fast forward, the orange opt in button pops back up on the top of the poker client .
- I go to rewards and it says "5 days left to opt in...."
-Rinse and repeat

It appears to me that it opts itself back out again the moment you start earning points.

I've tested it now whilst I don't play and it stays opted in, so it is opting out purely when you start accumulating points.

Same for me the button unticks itself when I earn a point.
