All mtts 8handed now on party?

No. Or atleast yesterday were not.

I played a session yesterday. My HHs go from ~17:45 EDT to ~18:15 EDT (timestamped) which if I am correct is 23:15 CET and corresponds to 23:15 where I live, London. Party poker Ts&Cs state the card rush promo goes from 00:00 to 23:59CET. Note CET =/= CEST.

Yet today I have been given the message 'you have earned the maximum amount of cards you can get in a day, please come back tomorrow.'

Am I missing something? Support suggested that I send a screenshot to support and they will look in to it which is an absolute joke...

Hey guys playing on partypoker now with partycaption. This party software has got to be one of the worst software for poker... only ipoker i played on is worst than this.

your tournamentt buyin will not be refunded and blinds will continue to be posted However you will be able to reinoin the tourney when you log back as long as you have available chips. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?


Also, is the time bank really that bad? Partycaption has timebank but it isn't like stars at all.


Also i had a very annoying problem where my mouse arrow would turn into like this thing where you cannot even click on anything so i had to close partypoker and reopen it.

No, the Ts&Cs state CET, not CEST.

CET and CEST are different time frames. One does not disappear when the other is being observed. CET still exists even when daylight saving is in effect, just as EDT and UTC can both exist at the same time.

If Party wanted it to mean CEST then they should have stated that.

I completed all of the requirements for a mission (win with each pair from 22-AA) and even sent proof of that win to info@partypoker.com and NO RESPONSE. I want my $25. What the heck is the problem?! I've been waiting since March 18th and sent a followup email on the 26th.

Yes 8 handed concept was rolled out in a "test" phase for the majority of our tourneys and likely will remain for most of our games
The aim is to hopefully improve player experience and to make player stacks a little deeper - with the overall aim to be improving the play-ability without increasing the tournament length.

before the update party poker used to have a cap on the number of available tables at 10/ 20 usd(nl2000) heads up cash game tables.
after the update the stakes were changed to 10/25$(nl2500$) which is fine but the issue is that the cap on the number of tables available has been removed and now everyone can get a table.
is this just a bug and will be fixed soon(cap put back) or party has decided to remove the cap at the highest hu stakes?

if it isnt a bug the its in my opinion that party has made a huge mistake(for their bottom line and rake generated).
A forced cap forced regulars to battle each others to get tables and generate way more rake for the site so more profits to your guys. Now everyone can have a table and no regular is playing each others and only waiting for the fish to join.

ps: I would also advice on adding a cap to 5 /10 (nl1000$) heads up tables because of the same reasoning above.

With regards to recent concerns regarding "converting" players found in the system with erratic behavior we can confirm we are aware of these accounts and they are 100% NOT CONVERTING
The accounts which have raised concerns are related to some product testing that has been put in place with some of our partners and affiliates to measure the functionality of our new loyalty system in a real player environment which is essential to ensure our new system runs smoothly and correctly upon launch
All have been checked and flagged via our Risk teams We have run the relevant process tests etc. and we will continue to monitor each account

We hope this resolves your concerns and I can assure you our team are working around the clock to find players using 3rd party tools etc and take the relevant action when necessary

We appreciate the support from the players in flagging the accounts identified in this case and would urge players to continue to flag anything suspicious with us at the earliest opportunity

Colette can we get an official response from Party as to why all points don't get converted to money automatically, therefore proving that Party Poker are money grabbing bastards?

I am guessing after the big rakeback update they are going to offer the converters to use for a monthly fee paid directly to partypoker.

Segregation back? No action and lots of "friends" online ;-)

Bring table to front in multibaling options - This doesnt work correctly and is very annoying.If its my turn to act on say 3 tables, it doesnt put tables in a que and make the next table wait to pop up once ive made my decision on the first table that popped up.
Instead tables pop up over ones ive yet to make a decision on, just because they were the latest table to deal me a hand and its my turn to act.Hope you understand what i mean here.

Because of above problem if i have tables stacked and look away from screen its very easy to not notice its my turn to act on a table because others popped up in front of it and i end up being sat out on tables.Can you at least add a sit out all/ sit in all tables tab on the tables with a traffic light code to notify you if you are sat out on any tables.
Would be big help, all other major sites have this.

Also having tables pop up again once you go into your time bank would be most helpful.

I had problems with that mission too. I wrote to the support, send the hand numbers, and this is the answer:

WTF? I gave it up.

Same here - I have been doing pocket pairs mission for over a year. I asked support about it and they told me to send the hands. Glad I didn't bother :-)
