I just received an email saying that existing points will expire on 22nd May and that there will be some store sales coming up before this.

I dont know where your getting your info from, but from the email I got it says MAY 22nd, which is two months from now not next week. That being said however, some more information would be appreciated. Two questions

1) when will the sale be?
2) can bronze and silver players also exchange for cash (which iirc they currently cannot in the store)

I mention #2 because most players who dont play there anymore wont be able to get Gold in a month and as a result wont have any good options other than casino or ticket. And IMO everyone should have an option to cash out BECAUSE the points are expiring. Just some thoughts

I got the e-mail about May 22nd too & would like more details as relates to the points istack_u5 raised in the post above.

When, for how long, & how wide reaching is this sale gunna be? And will it enable high rollers to be available to silver players, because I wanna play a couple but don't think I can make Gold in April tbh

Firstly, apologies for posting under this username. I'm currently unable to get a hold of Colette who has the credentials for the Party_Rep account and wanted to make sure you were updated tonight.

Secondly, apologies for the confusion over the emails communicating conflicting dates for when loyalty points expire.

The correct date for this is MAY 22nd and NOT April 2nd as some of you may have received an email stating in error.

Colette will be back online tomorrow to answer any further questions you may have.
