If you had read my thread you would already know. I stopped using a HUD after the anonymization of hand histories. After that I would only import the hands played in HM2 after I was done with my sessions. So I could see my results and analyze my own play. However I couldn't see anymore against which opponent I had played the hands.

I've missed this completely. Has this been informed via e-mail ? I mean I've collected points and my plan has been that I will take 1 month to grind the highest vip level and then purchase 500d bonus.

And I would really need the whole month to do that

I've been having an issue on my partypoker account, when I play it on Windows. Sometimes, during a tourney or SNG or cashgame, it randomly doesn't show me any option to click. I've lost many hands because of this issue.

I reported it months ago, they told me to reinstall. Tried this several times, didn't work.

Now they tell me they're investigating my specific case, but it's been months without an answer.

I keep sending them screenshots of all my good hands lost, and they say that the technical department is looking into it. But it's been months?!

Just wondering if anyone else had this issue? and what to do about it?

I'm considering closing my account there, since it's been going on for ages and nothing seems to be done about it.

Nothing new - `vacantlove` !
Their `crew of debilos` (mean - coder`s from Party) - all the time try to re-write code, but only one point they can reach then : Party software worster & worster, year after year, day after day, all the f**kin` time !
Last few month`s - had issues : blinking & freezing `Log In` screen (when starting Party client - at my laptop), all time disconnecting during the game, non-stable work - when table window & lobby window opened in one time, & so on, & so on & on..
Worsted support in the whole World..
Burn in the Hell - damn`d Party !

I have the same problem and I also know one Highstakes reg that had same problem in the past. Contacted their support at first they were blaming on me and my internet, but at the same time I have been playing on Microgaming network without having any problems, and my internet has been working great. I tried reinstalling, turning off firewall, antivirus but no help and at the end when I explained them that I do not care about refund, support started talking with me, but tbh I gave up as I think I have figured out what seems to be the problem.

This is only my theory, but I think there is big problem between partypoker client and other poker clients (in my case mpn). I tested it and if I only play partypoker everything works great... I have been playing this month only partypoker and neither once this happened to me. If I turn on microgaming and load some tables I start getting this bug, and it seems this bug is only on regular tables as I have not seen it once on fastforward. I only use HM2 and I have been playing on partypoker for sometime and in the past I never had this problem... but since few months ago it's unplayable with other site (MPN). On regular tables it happens every session, every few minutes and it's always preflop. I see my hand getting timed out, I can chat I see other players my network status is excellent , my other poker client works great, internet works perfect but I get msg how 'I timed out (disconnected)'. It happens every few minutes (lets say 5-20m) even if I'm playing 1 table on party with other poker client. I saw many AA,KK,QQ,AK,AQ.... getting timed out because my buttons did not show up

Thanks for your reply Railgun, glad to know I'm not the only one.

The thing is that on my windows computer, I only have partypoker installed, no other platforms. So I don't think that's the issue.

I'm hoping to get more replies from people with the same problem, so to know I'm not the only one. Also, I will close my account. After tens of emails to them, without any proposal to a solution or compensation, I'm kinda tired of seeing pocket aces, AK,... going down the drain because of no option to click

I've had exactly the same problem on windows 7 laptop.

Not bothered telling support etc as I usually play on a Mac and that works fine.

Not sure if this applies to party but there are no settings I can see for adjusting bet settings on the bwin mac client- in fact there's no settings bar showing for me. Anyone know how to adjust bet slider for mac client?

I want to play the 10/25 PLO but it seems they are only available in the regular party client, I have party premium and can only play up till 5/10PLO. Am I missing something?
