It would be so ez to challenge ps with all their ****ups, but pp wont be the one. thats for sure after trying it over there

Same here. Couldn't log in and missed Drago. Tried both via computer and smartphone, using different internet providers. Internet worked perfectly. Service status just have popped in like 10 times while I was away until 8:15 PM until now (8:28 PM).

Just a note: I will be demanding full $6000 package compensation if these problems result me losing leaderboard. I have won 14 packages out of 14 leaderboards I have played, it is clear I will win 15th if not for these continous server problems which also hamper my overall results. Nothing less will be accepted.

Still no reply from customer support from Monday query about refund for earlier issues. Very long minus for Party for last three days overall.

I hope Colette can make things better, I hope you got some nice small holiday

+1 Since 19.11 CET for 25+ minutes Disconnected from germany and nothing loads!

Ridiculous once again! Third day in a row with sudden disconnections! But today by far the longest one..

Been Deep in 4 MTTS for combined 200$+ buy-in and 1 x 109$ CPP Phase 1 ticket will expire in the next 2 hours becuase of that stupid 24h expiry set but taking another (newest won) ticket first!
+ Gladiator Promo paid obviously too less, calender not shown for 4 days and you can't check your daily partypoints for october anymore!

UPDATE: was blinded out or down to less than 3xBB in all 4 MTTS and there has been a lot of players disconnected and supershort like myself but not everyone was affected -> totally unfair!
Obviously noone of the support enters my live chat window!

Taking the current server instability into account, I propose to simply split the prize pools of the Gladiator freerolls evenly among the eligible customers without play instead of letting them play out with inevitable mass disconnections and complaints.

Otherwise it will be not a game of poker skill but a game of the skill of finding the best ISP and making the client work somehow.

Is this e-mail correct? vip@palladiumlounge.com (it is in support info and I guess should be "special" for Palladium players).

Sent 3 messages to there in Monday, no reply at all. Will send 4th including most of my earlier message, but it really looks like customer support isn't up for the task.

Party_Rep should we wait 48 hours or send an email now if our original payment was incorrect?

I achieved 400 points for 10 days however due to the changing of the time zones early on one day was listed as 35 points short even though it was not.

I have individual screenshots of each day showing 400 points earned x 10.

It looks like sats to the Title Fight just give tickets with 1 month expiry date. Well, I won't be playing more then, are you sure you have enough player base to support this (no satellitegrinders mean smaller fields and possible overlays).

Really though it would give T$ since it didn't mention ticket but target tournament.

When I withdraw on Stars, Unibet or William Hill it is processed that day and the money is in my bank the next. With Party Poker I have been waiting 3 days for the withdrawal to be processed, still able to reverse it, absolute joke.

If you feel your payment was incorrect send an email with all details to the customer support team who will refer your issue to the promo team for resolution

I didn't do anything yesterday. Have already completed 30 days and the client says it was finished anything other than the 30 day payout would be unacceptable. If they had extended it, then at least keep the promo page up.

I had 19 days done before yesterday. When i saw the problems, i just decided not worth the extra $200 to play one more day. And if you lose a bunch on the last day, it sucks

Not really a rational way to look at it but still..

Promo is announced to start on 3rd. For some reason the calender shows day -1 (2nd Oct) and day 31 (Nov 2nd). Half way through and support confirms I have made 400 points every day thus far. End of Nov 1st is 30 full days since Oct 3rd. Don't possibly see how anything else can be the case, but given how this promo has gone you never know.

Weird thing is that Party have run Gladiator many times, I remember playing it approx 7 years ago (and even then they gave a free pass to those who had just missed their points total on a day). How can it go so badly wrong?
