All - apologies I had a few days out of office

Regarding the tech issues - I was informed they had been resolved in full however an issue with a specific server apparently reoccurred yesterday and the problem was quickly resolved in full by tech

With regards to the Gladiator promo - the promotional team are reviewing and updating and account with issues and will issue manual payments within 48 hours
Should you feel your payment is incorrect - you can contact customer service and they will feedback with the promo team and advise

Above issue about CPP - yes the feeders only appear an hour or two before kick off time in the lobby - I understand your frustration though that is how these will run for the last week of the promo and there should be a qualifier every two hours - Lessu has provided the correct info (THANKS!) above

This site is an embarrassment.
I've sent in clearcut proof of cheating multiple times and nothing was ever done.

This is now the fourth time I have had a bug on party poker, which has lost me hundrerds of dollars each time.
I cannot click the fold button anymore and I time out. I cannot bet either and when I clicked call, the software folded my hand. This also happened to me yesterday.

Each time I have gone to live support and told them what happened, and they didn't even want to admit it was the fault of the software, they just blame it on you.

It is impossible to be +EV on this site because of these bugs, and they refuse to admit their mistake and refund the money that was lost.

I've been helping Party busting bots for the past 2 years and made some contacts in their security team. If you'd like, you can PM me the details of the cheating and I can review it with them.

Regarding the folding, I've had the buttons freeze randomly as well and I'm not sure but I think it's related to Partycaption/HM2 use. Do you use any 3rd party apps on Party?

Today does count towards the promo. They've just removed the page and made it an absolute nightmare to track your points. And you'll have to chase them up yourself to manually add the additional prize money you're owed if you use today.

Total incompetence from start to finish. Scunnered with Party.

This has been historically the case for Gladiator. It's 18:20ET right now, and the points that are being updated on the promo page in the client are being counted for tomorrow. @Colette, what's the deal? Counting the days, with the first day being Oct 3rd, then the 30th day would be yesterday (Nov 1st). I really don't see how today counts. Add the fact that they have paid out and the page is gone... Party Rep??

The 'first day' screw up was for the 2nd of October, thats when it first started filling in the points. But the proper first day was Oct 3rd. So if the proper first day was Oct 2nd, this would be the 32nd day, and if it's Oct 3rd then this is the 31st day, but you would of already completed 30 full days. Must of counted it in the calender 10 times now. I don't see any way how today can be part of the promotion, but if it is then it would be good if they could let us know so I can get cracking.

From your image, I take that as finishing yesterday but they will make up any shortfall.

It's related to party caption

if you snap ctrl+alt+del and close partycaption that way, you can start clicking again.

Thanks. It's a one off withdrawal though. I've left the site as I'm not happy with the direction it has taken.
