In points store you have "High Roller (Saturday)" sold for 3000/5000 points (Palladium/Gold). What is the buy-in of this tournament in dollars? And when does it start?

I noticed this too, looks like good value. Were you able to successfully purchase the ticket in the store, because I got a system error when I tried

Thank you Lessu, I thought it would be that. Tried to purchase but it said "The system is busy right now, try again later". Just a bait.

Colette, may I ask why Party chose to make it possible to take other players previous screennames? To make matters worse only a few reg-heavy countries gain from it.

Thanks

Yeah nevermind. I was playing a tournament, and suddenly the table said "connection lost", but I was sitting on other table behind it (I could not see it ofc). At least it only costed me one hand

Good job finding the bot ring and spending the time to report it to the site!

My personal preference is not to mention stats that give away a player being a bot. The less information there is online for the bot developers to use, the better, imo. Especially as you said the you haven't seen the accounts after you reported them so there is no need to out the stats publicly as next time it might be more difficult to find them (and you can be sure they will be back). Of course, if Party had ignored your report, you could've posted the very clear proof you have.

I agree we have no proof from the site that would make us confident that they can detect the bots without players' help. Making the hand histories anonymous is a step back making the games more fair. Making the hand histories anonymous won't prevent players from having a HUDs and I'm not confident Party can prevent players from getting a HUD nor detecting if a player has one.

What the changes created was yet another market for a new 3rd party tool and this time one that I'm sure many players already have and one that is against the terms and conditions of the site while the honest players are the ones hurting, including recs and regs. The changes gave a huge edge to the cheaters and especially the bots as it has been the players who have reported a majority of the banned bots. The site had a huge resource fighting with them which is now gone.

These accounts had already been flagged and they are under investigation
Once complete the relevant action will be taken

Thanks

Raised this with the store team for investigation and resolution

No problem. Yes, I understand that's what must have happened, but since it was a change planned way in advance I question why Party didn't care to/weren't able to at least partially block recently used sn's. What actually IS unfair is that some players from regheavy countries (which varies depending on limits played) can use it to their advantage. If you come from say Latvia or smth the value of a screenname change is pretty much zero, whereas a player from UK or Russia (midstakes) can really use it to their advantage if they avoid levelling themselves

Agreed, unfair that people could collude with each other to swap names.

Any changes coming to the mtt-schedule anytime soon? Now the schedule is almost completely missing 5$-10$ rebuys.

Anyone who cordinated swamping names should be blocked from playing at same tables together.

I also think ALL previously used SNs should be blocked for other players. It should be possible to take back an old screen name of your own.

I disagree with you when you said it would be unfair to block all used usernames. There are plenty of combinations available and not blocking them creates situations like the 2 posters mentioned.

2 bwin questions:

1) How do I change my screenname?
2) Is the gladiator promo +EV to opt into given I've played like 5 days this month?
