Just by chance noticed I had 626 points so took a look in the points store for first time ever this morning. Was disappointed to see you literally can't get ANY cash bonus if your level is < gold.

I'm just a rec really but I've been playing an average of slightly over 1k hands at 10nl every day this month for summer of grind and I'm not even half way to Gold...

I'm not saying people who play more/higher stakes shouldn't get a better rate, that's fine but it really sucks that someone like myself can't ever get a cash bonus if they play less than 70k hands a month.

A level in between gold and silver for like 3-400 points a month would suit a lot of people like myself who aren't pros and just play an hour or two a day I'd suspect.

Could even offer something like $20 for 500 points or similar which is still giving gold and above a better rate for points --> cash even at the current lowest level ($50 for 1k points)


Edit: I somehow missed that the original post I quoted suggested $20 for 500 points as well lol. Anyway agreed on all points. Current system is seriously flawed for low stakes players who still play regularly.

Toally agree with these guys. I remember looking in the points store after playing my first few weeks on Party, seeing that, as a rec, I was not gonna be eligible for a cash bonus for a long time so stopped looking in it. Forgot how bad the deal is for players < gold until these posts.

I feel deceived by your current bonus promo, there was no mention of restrictions to the bonus so I went ahead and deposited $100 thinking I would receive $100.(I just took advantage of the 100% deposit at 888 and received the bonus immediately.) The email I received from Party mentions no restrictions.

You should be very specific in any emails you send to customers and tell them exactly what the restrictions are. It turns out that I will never clear this bonus because I only play MTTs and I don't play cash games.

Nobody likes to feel manipulated into depositing but that's how I feel.

Here's the email I received, no mention of the restrictions:

Next time when you get a bonus offer at Party (or bwin), please read the details of the bonus offer in the client (Rewards -> Bonus). The conditions of this bonus are stated there very clearly (in particular, that it's released in 10 parts):

Maybe you'll still manage to clear at least $10 (80 points are needed for that) out of the $100 bonus.

I can login poker client but not the site. Need to use points to get bonus. Anyone has the same problem?

I got the bonus offer as well. Can anyone confirm it doesn't clear at MTTs? Don't want to deposit for nothing and the bonus details don't have any restrictions.

I can't launch the client anymore. Before it was only as admin. Now, no chance at all. When I click the icon, the process appears for 10 seconds in the task manger then it's gone and nothing happens.

- I turned of all Antivirus.

- Login on the website works.


Is there any solution? Why is there always a problem with your software? I never had any of these issues with other rooms.

Lotus guardian, the promo email does say, 'Use your free deposit bonus on all your favourite cash games and tourneys including the Power Series and Sit & Go Hero'.

I guess Adjusted meant that they can't rake $400 in a month because they play only a few low stake MTTs a day.

I'm from Brazil and I wasn't able to log in the whole day on PartyPoker (29th).
The day before I had won a ticket for the $22 The Contender (that auto registered me for today), which I coudn't play because of the room connectivity issues.

I saw many brazilian had/are having the same issue, however the website says the server is in "Very Good" condition.

This is really frustrating. I also lost a whole day of grind on the Summer of Grind promo.

I mailed the customer support with the details. I really hope I can get a refund plus a compensation for this. I enjoy playing at PartyPoker but this is getting out of control.

Just to make it clear: I did everything possible on the client side (rebooted the PC, restarted the internet, reinstalled the software and tried to log in using my laptop) - nothing worked.

I think that the period of the promotion should be increased by 1-2 days to replace the technical problems.

On last server crash (wednesday) I got a refund of a tournament I was playing. And I had already grinded enough that day, so it wasn't a problem at all. But today was different... :/
I really hope and trust they will solve the problem in the best and the most fair way possible.

I know you mean well but please don't detract from my message to PartyPoker. I received an EMAIL, not a message in the client. They need to be clear in the email what the terms are. It isn't difficult to add 1 simple line saying "released in $10 increments after every 80 points earned". There was absolutely no mention of the terms...there was a link in tiny text at the bottom of the email that takes you to to a wall of text of generic regulations that aren't specific at all.

The email says "Just make a deposit of $10.00 or more using bonus code JULY100RELOAD and we’ll give you 100% extra up to $100.00."

It says nothing about restrictions. It is misleading. It doesn't say: "There are restrictions. Go to the client and see the details of the restrictions."

I repeat, I did the same promotion at 888 and I received the bonus money immediately in my account. I had no reason to believe it would be any different at PartyPoker.
