The "reset to 0" issue is happening to the NEW points from THIS week, not the "in-between tire" points from last week.

do not cancel tournaemnts again. Just resume after 20 min of break or somenthing like that =/ beacuse is not first time...

I want continue play...

Registering for new tournaments works and we can play in this.

Regarding the points issue - we have identified the root cause and resolved in full
Players impacted will have the missing points updated to the balance by end of day tomorrow

My $109 Kangaroo MTT just disappeared, buyin non-refunded after the tournament paused midway through.

Would you be able to chase this up please?

I believe if still in late reg period buy ins will be refunded
If the late reg period has ended they will use ICM

As per above there was a points issue - the team have found the issue and resolved

You really need to start warning about these. Luckily was just stopping the session and only 4 sngs open. Do I now have to wait for 15 minutes and continue from were we left of or am I blinding out?

Nevermind tables are popping up again. But for reals don't do this without any warnings.

This was not planned - it was an emergency patch we needed to deploy and we turned it around as soon as possible

I agree with your feedback and we do our best to inform all of planned updates with minimum 12 hour notice - this was an anomaly
