Even if such events were gathering sufficient prize pools online, they'd have tougher fields than live ones and thus be riskier to play.

I've been searching in this thread and in the Party_Rep 's posts but I can't find the link to the details for what the new loyalty program will be like. I tried to search in the party website but all I get is "Starting May, 2017 we’re launching a new and improved loyalty and rewards programme. For more info, click here." But the "here" part doesn't include a link to click on, it's just text.

First last night i was deep in a tournament, then got booted from the tables and a message stating I was in a country not availible for play (canada). I had a previous withdrawal/deposit method stuck on my account i emailed to have removed and have heard nothing regarding this so I could add another bank ( only allows one). Than i tried to cash out on the cc i deposited with and its blocked for my protection ( fancy that but you allow a deposit for my protection, thanks) and again no response from 24/7 support. Facebook states they typically respond in a few hours. That should be changed to 6-14 hours.

I haven't played on Party Poker in a few years and wanted to try the power series. Now i'm seeing why Pokerstars is able to drop their standards so low.

They tried to block me from cashing out because I "hadn't played as much as they wanted" lol (I turned a $5 birthday credit into $200 in a few tournies then cashed out).
I wrote them an angry email and then they said "Your cashout is now approved" lol

You should post a screenshot of the message that suggests Canada has been banned from Party Poker, since apparently to date you are the only one to have received that message at the tables in Canada, and anyone receiving such an extreme message would be sure to capture it as evidence. Post that picture it in the Party Poker thread to prove your claim and that should make a resolution much easier.

Hmm, I don't see the point in publishing in their website "click here to find out about our new loyalty program" and then not having the link there.

But people here seem to be saying that loyalty points will expire in May 22nd. Did Party_Rep confirm that?

hmm I'm the only one with "establishing connection" problem? Every few minutes for past 8 hours.

I've tried with with 2 PCs and 2 internet connections..

I play a lot and never had a problem.

Any advice ?

I have a question about the neteller withdrawal, it says somewhere that you have to have made a successfull transaction the last 6 month to be able to withdraw
Does that mean that you always have to make at least a little deposit before you withdraw if the deposit was too long ago ?

On the neteller withdrawal page they actually say that you had to have made at least one successful deposit with neteller for your neteller account to be associated, which seems more logical

So just have to have made one successfull deposit with neteller or at least one in the last 6month every time you want to withdraw ?

We have not shared any further information regarding the new loyalty system - more details will be released soon
I can confirm it will launch on the 22nd May and points will expire

There are no changes for the Canadian market
Are you using a VPN? The last time I came across this issue it was VPN related and the system blocked the account believing play was from the US
Also some IPs had similar issues though I have come across no similar issues for sometime
If you can provide a screen shot of the error I will raise with the tech team - also your username and system details

Regarding FB comment - was this the standard partypoker page?

I can 100% state there is no Canadian ban in place

All withdrawal methods require the minimum deposit
Customer service are best to advise further regarding specific account queries for deposits/withdrawals

I hope it's more than an improved lobby. You've been hyping this up for a while and if all there is a new lobby that will be really dissapointing. Your software really is the only thing holding you back now, you've got the game selection, your new live tour is amazing, you're doing a lot of things right in terms of scheduling but for some reason both you and 888 don't seem to understand the value of having really smooth software. It's the only step left in order to sink the pokerstars ship.

I mean look at the industry involved around 3rd party software to try to make your software more usable, people spend tons of money on those apps and you really don't need any of them on pokerstars. Maybe you should try to get in touch with the people that design those apps to improve your software, because whoever has been in control of your software development for the past 10 years simply doesn't get it.
