How long do you wait for your sit&go hero mission tickets? I thought it is instant.

I heard that party will be closing lots of accounts that have manually got there huds working.

From where? And why because they have stated that huds are allowed.

That's been obvious for a long time and also inevitable sadly.

It was either more and more powerful HUDs or bots that would destroy it in the end. Both just as bad for the game imo. Online poker stopped being a fair platform some time ago.

What Party is doing is simply rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

HUDs in the form they are given are allowed. ie, anon. They changed Handhistories to stop other HUDs and I've been told any skirting around that is considered an unfair advantage and bans are being processed.

Who told you that? You'd have to be pretty dopey to get caught imo, sadly.

Any HUD working off anon handhistories is fine. Any HUD bypassing anon hand histories to have an advantage greater than the field is considered cheating afaik.

Under a separate millions hero tab? There's nothing that points out that the tournament tickets rewarded as prizes are restricted for Caribbean package qualifers. Only people that seem to read to understand that these tickets are for Caribbean package are party poker support, and rest can clearly read the prizes are tournament tickets $55-$1050 tournament tickets. It doesn't say anything about restrictions. If you are going to have restricted tournament tickets as prizes you should make it clear for people before registration. Until you fix it, I think everyone deserves normal tournament tickets from these tourneys because at the point of registration you are clearly misleading us.

Agreed it could possibly say "caribbean partypoker tickets or an $8500 package... "
However its a promo linking HERO to the CPP event - the tickets will not be exchanged for generics

And when you click that more info, there's about the CPP event coming but it doesn't say anything there about the SNH-s.

How can you say they won't be exchanged for generics if you make people believe that they play for generic tickets when they make buyin? Its same as you agree to work for $2500 a month and in the end of month you get $2500 worth of tickets that you can use to play a qualifier to some tournament that you were never told about. As it stands until it gets fixed, everyone who played this and wants exchange should be exchanged to generic as you clearly call it $55-$1050 tournament tickets, not qualifier tickets.

I don't know why you poker sites think players are dirt, PartyPoker has clearly messed up in this case and then your only answer is that TICKETS WON'T BE CHANGED - even though its your fault.

Great customer treatment, can't see this kind of customer service working in any other area of life than poker. Otherwise they would be out of business.

The games are under a special HERO tab - you played a game promoting a specific event- the Caribbean live event - it makes sense to me that the won would also promote the same event

There was a similar problem earlier when another customer complained about the same thing. I didn't say anything that time as you said you had forwarded the feedback and I expected that you (Party) would change how the system shows these tickets and their info to customers in the future.

You (Party) did nothing.

And here we are again. Another customer is complaining about the same confusing tournaments and I agree with both of them. It's not any special tab and it doesn't state clearly that it's promoting this specific tournament ONLY.

It needs to be changed to be more clear ASAP and if I was Party, I'd make these customers happy by changing the tickets so they would think that when Party makes a clear mistake like this that they'd at least try to make it right.

Its clear that this is a mess up by party, so why not treat your customers right and give them the prizes that are written there, not a prize that you would have to guess because there are clues that could lead us there.. Eventually only party poker staff have figured out that the prizes are qualifier tickets for live events.

How about you guys fix it and for those who were wrongfully led to believe that they are playing for generic tournament tickets get generic tournament tickets, its not like you lose rake out of it, they will still play a $109 tourney.

Weak response from Party. Maybe it's just a display error but you have to pay out the displayed prizes. That's part of your UKGC license terms.

Never played any sng Hero, but just had a look at the lobby out of interest.

Party having an absolute shocker here, the wording clearly looks like it's generic tournament tickets for all buy-ins apart from if you get an $8,000 package.

There is no separate tab either for Caribbean promotion - that is nonsense.

Pathetic.

Anyway, half the prize in the Hero promo consists of tickets to non-satellite Hero, so just I consider the prize a bit bigger than $25 (2x$10 + 1x$5 tickets plus a bit of Caribbean event equity) instead of the nominal $50 and am still satisfied enough.
