Would anyone be able to advise how you claim rakeback, and if you can claim rakeback whilst also releasing your initial deposit bonus?

Read this reply from you regarding cash game promotions and then much to my surprise less than 12 hrs later received an email announcing happy hours are back, whilst then also seeing it advertised when I logged into facebook.

Either this is a mistake and major blunder by PartyPoker in regards to re-advertising an already finished promotion or you are not accurately being informed / accurately informing us, as to what is actually going on - neither of which result in players having much confidence in the information we're being given.

Before I decide whether to come back to Party and play Powerfest can anyone tell me if I can make the tables any bigger?

On a 4k monitor the tables are pretty small even on largest setting. I could change the monitor resolution but that's not ideal.

Every PKO tourney with “Brawl” in the name & with a Buy-in of $55 or less have today had re-entry removed meaning these will be freezeout progressive knockouts going forward

so im trying to help my brother out who registered a partypoker account long ago and lost interest.. he did that with an email he doesn't know anymore.. he knows the security question but obv thats going nowhere.

ive emailed party with all the details including the approximate money in the account but I get no response, probably some anti social engineering protocol for writing from another email address.

How do we get the account back though? we know everything except the email. Its kinda weird that the password didnt work also so I expressed my concerns that the account might be hacked and requested they look into recent activity on the account which shouldn't be the case. no reply

thanks, I think I used the .net playmoney website of partypoker to contact instead of .com this time I got a very swift reply and directions on what we need to provide.

the security certificate looks the same but just to make sure, the https://www.partypoker.net is your domain also? or did I screw up and send personals to a bogus website?
