yeah i've done it a few times, not sure why

anything opening up from just one click is pretty annoying, should have to hover over it or right-click or something

How do you use hand history without having to click at least 6 times for every hand?

I have my table selected in hand history.
I have show summary checked.
If i want to see what happened in the next hand because they dont show you the showdowns on the table for more than a second, what do i have to do?
So far i have just been starting all over for each hand
Not sure on the sitting out...we've tested a bunch today and haven't had that issue...

If you have a Hand History tab open you can hit F5 (reload), then just click on the hand. We auto select the text for you so you can paste it into a hand converter for a graphical recap.

Try reloading the page once in a while when you're out of a hand F5? This does not seem to be a widespread issue...

Running chrome, I have had a case of the action buttons not appearing to be working. F5'ing seems to clear this up.

Yes, from multi-tabling when i'm trying to bring the window back to the top. But, also it seems to happen when i click on the middle of the table, seemingly nowhere near someone's nameplate.

thankyou! the refresh f5 works but does not keep "show summary only" checked 1/2 way there as far as the hand history is concerned.
cheers.
you are also saying to try the same f5 to keep me from being sat out when i go to bet or raise! i will give it a try.!
Yes when multitabling the problems are magnified greatly

Yes this happens wayyyyyy to often. Please add a setting to disable the click listener on player avatars. Also please add settings to hide and shift portions of the UI. If table resize is not a priority, please have some in-house testers find a way to arrange the UI so that multi-tablers will know what table is requiring action. Please have them test MT-ing on one screen.

We did look into some notification for active window and unfortunately its not supported by all browsers. So we have the sound effects (we are working on the sounds when Fold To Any is check) as the sole notification right now. When multitabling obviously having 2 monitors is ideal and sitting on opposite sides of the table so you can have them overlapping but still see if you have cards.

One thing you could do is just develop for Firefox. It runs on everything and would make your lives much smoother.
Would not be to much to ask that anyone who wants to play on your site install Firefox on their device.
Everything would get a lot better much quicker!

We've stopped short of saying "we don't support IE" (though we've been tempted to) and are still doing our best. We added a message during the login process that directs people to use Chrome or Firefox.

I answered this earlier in the thread on 08-18-2013, 11:46 PM in response to a post from Infinite.

Two things im noticing on mobile is that if I try to see my folded cards im sat out the next hand. Really annoying. If i open the options menu it gets stuck open about a third of the time.

I just signed up and there doesn't seem to be much traffic.

I filtered the tables list for Limit Hold'Em and not one table (of about 11 listed) had ANYBODY sitting at it. They were ALL empty.

In No-Limit, only 4 tables, all 1/2, had anyone sitting at them.

Is this normal? Is the site just still really young and still building a clientele?

usually 4-5 fullish 1/2 tables and 3-4 omaha tables

Site launched same day the thread did, on the 14th of August.

forgive me if this has been asked, but are there waitlists for full tables?

Anyone in here who uses Dwolla:How long does it take to clear? I had LiveAce send me money yesterday afternoon and it's pending.

Yes this was done in the latest update based on player suggestions.

It sounds like what's happening is when you click your nameplate the software responds by either trying to sit you in or sit you out (the opposite of your current status).

Try tapping just on your avatar (avoid touching the nameplate). We tried this on a Galaxy - the MB855 is also an Android OS so we hope it will function the same way.

I see you're looking for Limit hold'em which doesn't seem to be as popular these days. NL and PLO seem to attract the most interest. Right now we have 5 NL and 3 PLO going.

We'd love to see more Limit as well - be brave and try sitting at a new table - you'd be surprised how quickly a new player may sit down.
