Didnt mean right away, although it sounded like that. You dont see many sites where chip dumping hurts other players so much.

Think he's talking about folding when the time bank runs out. Why doesn't it check instead of folding?

I am running FIREFOX 23.0 ON MAC!
what does that have to do with you folding my hand with no action in front! and then sitting me out so i have to renter with another BB
I don't know about the site rep, but I know I missed your main question amidst all your all-caps fury and assume you were just mad about the disconnect; maybe the rep did too.

Probably a legitimate question - auto-checking on a disconnect seems more sensible than auto-folding.

What if we have a 40 chip stack and 79 chips in our account?

Ah, OK.
Yea just very frustrating, i literally got pocket aces folded JJ etc etc all when i was trying to bet or raise. In all seriousness this happened over 15 times in 2 hours and that's an extra 15 bb i had to post also!

APK we're working on it - agreed that if there is no action to you it should not fold your hand.

Whats a reasonable timeframe? We'll get an email?

noticed the hand history bug

think it's after there's an all in, the streets left to play don't show up

like all in on flop, I don't see the turn or river in the HH

if it's on turn then don't see river

Sounds like they're working on it, but it also seems that you need to look into your Internet connection.

And if it's a site problem, you can take solace in the fact that it's probably happening to other people as well, so you're probably benefiting from a few of their BBs. Not that it makes it right, but at least the disadvantage might not be as big as you think.

It goes WAY too fast when two people are all in. Before I know it we are on to the next hand and I have no idea why I won or lost!!

I never thought I would be saying this, but I actually enjoy playing on here.

Lori, what are the long term plans for the site?

- Software upgrades?
- Larger cash auctions to maintain the LC/$ value?
- Other promotions?
- ESPN commercials?
08-20-2013 , 10:53 AM
Curious why LiveAce is advertising that they accept PayPal and credit cards as payment options when they never were? Also, why show larger auctions than in reality? Referring to your auction video. These kind of things really bother me and are a major reason I don't trust the site with my information (and as a direct result, money).

As for possible improvements, I agree with others that 100 big blind buy-ins would be great. Also, requiring a 2000 chip bankroll for 2/4 no limit seems a bit extreme to me considering basic members are playing 1/2 no limit with less than two (shortstacked!) buy-ins.

On the converter site are you clicking the "Show Results" box? If you could PM me a hand history with the bug or use Contact Us page to submit would be very helpful.

Agreed we're working on it. We do have a sufficient pause at the end when all cards are tabled - but we are working to pause dealing between flop/turn/river. You can always check out hand history for full details.

One of the things to remember here is that we can only award prizes to eligible winners. The section above describes a situation where we are asking a user to verify information and not getting the information back - which could indicate that someone is not eligible.

If you've done the W9/ID verification its quick and only needs to be done once. After that you can request cash outs which are processed within 3 business days in most cases (and oftentimes faster).

Thank you KingKong. We would definitely like to increase the amount (and even frequency) of the auctions which we can only do if we grow. The best compliment we can receive is friend referrals and existing users helping us get bigger.

Software upgrades are a given - we've already done two since launch as we respond to customer feedback.

TV commercials are expensive - but if we can afford them we'll do it.

We plan to offer credit card payments soon from the providers you see at the very bottom of the website.

For the auction video, we wanted to pick an example with large round numbers to make it easy for everyone to understand. If we used an example of a $500 auction we'd have bid rates all clustered together and have to use decimals etc. We regret that you found it misleading. Again, if we are successful enough we would absolutely like to increase the size and frequency of the auctions.

On the buy ins - again all limits above the entry level do require 100BB. Bankroll minimum is 5 buy ins. We wanted to keep the lowest limit games accessible while not allowing shortstacks (<60BB).

Gameplay has been much smoother and less laggy today that the past few, thanks for listening and improving the interface. It's great to have a place to play again!

Any word on fixing the limit holdem bankroll reqhirements? Also, going from 4/8 to 20/40 is a huge jump. Any chance of adding either 8/16 or 10/20?

Wow why does it keep on sitting me out when i click to raise when i have a great hand?

How do you use hand history without having to click at least 6 times for every hand?

I have my table selected in hand history.
I have show summary checked.
If i want to see what happened in the next hand because they dont show you the showdowns on the table for more than a second, what do i have to do?
So far i have just been starting all over for each hand

Just trying to understand why you'd be accidentally clicking on someone's nameplate? We've also played a lot on the site and I don't ever recall doing this - is it from multi-tabling?
