Add some 6max NLH and PLO. This site seems to easy to chip dump on, what security measures are put in place for that? Seems like we can predict the future and how this site will be no more in the future.

How long after the auction is over do I get my live chips back? Obviously, I didn't win any cash. I usually get an email by now.

How is the daily top up calculated? Is it once per calendar day or once every 24 hours?

I lost one auction and didn't get an email.

Based on how other sites have had it, I'm guessing its once a day.

Didn't read thru all the thread but there should be an permanent setting option to auto muck or just not have it uncheck every time you go to another table.

The "Fold to any" checkbox shouldn't mean call preflop, right? lol

Also the lag is bad. I was betting, nothing would happen, I clicked it again and then all of a sudden opponent raised, I reraised, etc....

•The sounds need a lot of work. "Player joins table" has way too much emphasis and is probably not even needed. "Action on you" doesn't even get my attention when I have a table window buried and I frequently time out because of it.

•Players that disconnect and get automatically forced into timebank slow the games down tremendously. I'm pretty certain some of my shorthanded games broke because of this.

•+1 on LHE/NLHE bankroll requirements being a bit incongruent.

•Big bet raise sizing is weird imo. Please just make it so that the number you enter is the total size of the bet you make. (I realize other sites have done this in the past, I just don't see the purpose of it).

•Has probably been mentioned, but the BB/SB get reversed in some games that break from 3 handed to HU (LHE).

•Card translucency displays for Omaha showdowns make it tough to see the cards which were not played.

+1 Had to click call with nuts on river (LHE).

Yeah there's lots of little things that are pretty bad that need to get fixed asap. Just saw a guy get auto-mucked when checked to and he timed out.

No ability to make cards/tables/numbers bigger? Hard to see imo.


Don't know if it's a bug or I'm just not getting it, but when someone's all in and I try to reraise all in, I drag the slider bar all the way over, click raise, and it only makes a min raise. ???

In addition to several measures that aren't public, we regularly audit the play of auction winners and a random sample of other players. Chip dumping is very easy to spot. Those who violate the terms of service risk a permanent ban and forfeiture of chips and cash.
