This is good news but it looks like inflation is finally starting to grow 60 bid chip rate on a 1k$ auction night. although with Traffic increasing this is inevitable unless prizepools are raised. anything above 75 chip rate and i do not think i will play that much

For all types of questions like this I'd refer you to the Terms and Conditions. According to the T&C this would not be allowed unfortunately.

LA auctions off about $19K per month. Like I said before, they need about 760 membership paying players per month just to cover the cost. Based on the amount of bidders per auction, I would bet there are currently less than 100 players that pay the monthly membership. Until traffic and membership paying players increases substantially, I don't see LA increasing the auction amounts any time soon. If LA is a successful site, the real value of LC is well into the hundreds, IMO.

The partner offers should help them out a lot. I dont know how much but its something that other companies use and seem to be doing well.

I am still the early show for winner hands all in on holdem and omaha what should I do?

This is an extremely strange concept for a poker site. I think this is similar to cake poker in a way.

If you could clarify your question for me? Try asking it again with different words.

The pots are still being pushed to the winner before the hand is over. Many people have negative comments about this at the tables.

The glitch when people are all in pre or post flop you see the chips move on the turn card to the winner before the river shows a card on NL and PL Omaha tables.

Yes we are aware of the chip animations sometimes happening before the card animations - we are working to correct the issue.

Flattered to be your first post - and its something we've thought about. I don't think its likely you'll see a client in the short term however.

Lori,

Any ETA on the minraise problem or the issue of seeing who wins the pot before all of the cards hit the board on an all in? I know you mentioned that both issues are being worked on, I just wondered if there is any sort of time frame we could expect for a solution. My personal opinion is that the minraise issue is more of a concern since it is a clear break in the rules of the game.

On a positive note, it is great to see some of the bigger games getting more action. We've had full or nearly full 2/4 and 3/6 games going for the past week and it's been awesome.

Thanks!

Lori,

There is another issue with the software. I seem to be running really well.

The inflation is starting to hit, eh?
10-02-2013 , 07:29 PM
I figure 70/1$ by next week

yea traffic increase coinciding with all the extra regular chips all the club live members got at begin of month. though u might see the bid rate falll off again if people over bid on the 1k auction again and the bid rate goes to 10 again like last time

Ha... Next week? I'd say 72/73 tomorrow night. Why do people insist on pushing it so high? At this rate of inflation, newcomers won't last long and people that have been around since the beginning will start to leave very soon. Silly in my opinion. Hopefully the 5/10 or 10/25 games start getting action in the near future or I'm out.

Settle down with the bidrates people.

^^ lol you sound like some kind of utopian idealist. there's enough money for 4$ or so for everyone a day the way the auctions have been going. you should be amazed, and I am, that the bids aren't for 100/$ by now.
10-02-2013 , 10:39 PM
You really think the rate of traffic would continue to increase if the bidrate was 100/$1? That's absurd. We're already playing for pennies. I suppose I've put too much faith in the average person's level of intelligence.
10-02-2013 , 11:13 PM
do you think i'd care? why do you think I will benefit from more traffic? The less traffic they have the less the chip rate which is good for me and besides why do you think people are supposed to win from a subscription site anyway?

By the basic premise of a sub site, it's to get a gambling fix for a fixed amount of risk! This is like putt-putt for gamblers dude. There happens to be decent money to win right now because the model was so new and the first comers are going to win before the value of the live chips get flooded down.

But as to your second question about the player's intelligence: There are plennttttty and I mean plenttttty of the type of people who this site is targeting for that will play practically no matter what the bid rate is cus they like the idea of getting to play for a fixed amount of $ or even for free and the chips aren't completely worthless. SO yes, there will be people who are happy to play on this site when the chips are going for 300/1$+. The guys like me (or maybe you, I don't know you) that used to grind in the stars era for midstakes and are used to a solid win rate and will quit if they aren't making $$$ aren't what liveace is catering to.

When people push it so high, that is a good thing for you. More chips come out of play for less money.

It's really more a matter of the number of live chips out there.
