Events and Product Notices
Yes, I would like to receive special notices of upcoming major events, new products or feature improvements going on at:

What is the use of having these checked off when I haven't received a single email regarding any promos and have to come to this particular thread, or pay attention to every tiny window flashing by on the client, to find out what's going on?
No one got an email about it and like I said it was a surprise one day thing so don't be mad cause you missed it. It was advertised in the top big window on the client and wasn't hard to see. It's sickening how people on here feel like they are entitled to everything in the world. I'm just thankful that I can still play on Bodog.

I think there is a right to entitlement when loyal players pay out the ass in rake to play on a site. yes it is great we get to play there but there is a certain level of service we expect them to hold up. not having BS hidden advertisements for one day bonuses....

They've always had great customer service and are no doubt the best option available to US players yet you people still find ridiculous things to whine about every day. If you don't want to pay the rake then don't play. Next time I won't post thanking for the bonus so you all don't get butt hurt for missing out.

You shouldn't have to be posting the bonus.

I'm not sure what you don't get. we pay rake and they offer bonuses as kickbacks and we are upset that they don't email us or have good visual indications of bonuses. are you really having trouble understanding why that is a big issue?

I believe there are bonuses you can earn, I occasionally get emails for reload bonuses or the like but don't plan on adding money to take advantage of them being the holidays and all and I have a big enough roll to play my stakes.

Re: ***Official Bodog Support Thread*** (11.22.2011)

So usually once every 20 tournaments or so the bet amounts are not displayed next to the chips at one of my tables. Is this a bug or did I somehow uncheck display bet amounts? I checked user preferences and it was checked off to display bet amounts....yet only one of the 4 tables I have up is NOT displaying bet amounts.

BUG? Way to fix it?

How is this software such a piece of sh@@ after all the years this site has been around. I have paid thousands in rake and expect to at least have bugs fixed that have been known for years. Why the hell can they not make it so the software doesn't shut down over and over while I'm playing.

Re: ***Official Bodog Support Thread*** (11.22.2011)

Justin - Bodogs silence on the RakeUpdate issue has become a glaringly loud silence to those of us that got ****ed over. Perhaps Bodog don't care, but a reasonable % of their customer base got got screwed and while Bodog weren't directly to blame the party responsible for this were of their appointment and Bodog could resolve it, or at a minimum respond to the accusations and state where things are at.

Does anyone connected with Bodog, including you, care? Does anyone have anything to say? I think you should all be ashamed of yourselves to a varying degree and to be honest if you personally can't, or more likely aren't allowed/have the knowledge to comment, perhaps you should question if you should still be the rep on this board to Bodog clients and answering their questions. After all this affects quite a large percentage of those that you are here to help/serve and all you as a company have done is ignore our pleas.
