that's been happening a lot lately but it never times you out - the bet/action always goes through at least.

Synced breaks would be nice.

Control bet slider with mouse wheel also.

I click that bet button after I size the bet - 15 seconds pass by and nothing happens; my time clock is going down until it hits 10 seconds; then the bet is made.

I was about to freak the frak out.

I've had enough of Bovada, so I cashed out my money.

I don't think you guys know what you're doing. It's OK. Have a good life.
This happens all the time. Yes, it is very crappy BUT at least if you click a button it will always do that action even if it does time out. I have had times during this recent Contender series when there are a ton of people on that I will click my bet within seconds and it will time all the way out and wait a few seconds but it doesn't just discard your action just delays it from happening.

Not that it is a valid defense on their part

I also have to constantly re-size my windows every time I open up a table.... This is very annoying. So table size window memory would be very helpful to me.

Neat bug that I'm experiencing now. I can choose a color for notes for people but can't type anything into the box. All I really use notes for is to tag someone if they do anything odd so I can keep track if they leave the table and are replaced, but still. I understand notes are new to poker clients so it's understandable that it's a hard feature to implement. I won't hold my breath tough because I know they've been busy for months now with the awe inspiring task of changing a bunch of wav files to fix the sounds.

All they have said is WU has to be your PRIMARY deposit method to cashout via WU. Not sure what that means but I would guess you at least need more WU deposits than credit card deposits.

I would call customer service to ask them but if I am not mistaken cause it has been a while I believe I had to deposit $100 3x to get Western Union as my primary option.

As far as what I can do? Obviously I can only pass along the information that I am given, but I try to be very thorough before passing along any of that information. I make sure that everything makes sense to me and that I convey it to you clearly.

If you have any questions beyond that, you can always send me a pm.
For what its worth, I don't feel like I was ever intentionally mislead by the people at Bodog, it was a miscommunication between two people who do not intricately know programming. Myself and the admin I spoke with about the new software basically miscommunicated how something was going to be integrated.

The main reason I left was I have another career that was picking up and taking up more and more of my time and post anon tables the rep position created more frustration in my life than I wanted to handle in the little time I had to do it each day so I didn't think I could effectively do the job anymore and stepped down.

I am happy that some of the changes that were being discussed in house after the anon tables updates are taking place like all cards being available 24 hours after the session. For all the flack the company takes they are charting a new path, which can be rocky. You have a good rep now in this thread and I hope positive changes continue to be implemented and it happens civilly here, haha. Good luck Wolf, I'm glad you got a chance here as its something you definitely deserved.

As for the talk of the rep position being intentionally lied to I don't think its something that anyone needs to worry about as I don't think its something that ever happened in my tenure.

I spoke with support about this recently, the rep over the phone told me it would take two deposits. I said, I hope not because I'm only going to do it once. She said it might work and I MIGHT be able to withdraw using MoneyGram. Apparently, they use MoneyGram. I don't know why I can't just request one. I deposit via credit card not check. Fix this Bovada, other sites send them to anyone who wants them.
