It didn't seem to kick anybody off, just kept people from logging in or creating new tables. Regardless though, they have a tournament cancellation policy very clearly outlined on their website. I would read it.

Hi all,

As some of you have mentioned.. some operators are reporting issues with players being unable to login, join tournaments, cash games, etc. The network is aware of these issues, and they are being worked on.

Also, in case this needs to be referenced.. here is the Bodog Network tournament cancellation policy:

Tournament Refund
This will occur if the tournament has been canceled prior to actually starting OR if the tournament is canceled prior to one or more players being eliminated from the tournament.

In this case, all players registered for the tournament will get their buy-in and fees refunded (including re-buys and add-ons if purchased). All refunds are done in the exact same way they were bought. If you bought in with a Tournament Ticket then the ticket would be returned to you.

Cancellation with No Players in the Money
When no players are in the money and a tournament is canceled, all remaining players will be refunded their entry fee and then the prize pool is divided based on the following formula:
1. 50% of the prize pool is distributed evenly among all players remaining.
2. 50% of the prize pool is distributed proportionally based on chip count.

Cancellation with All Players in the Money
When all players are in the money and we do a roll forward, all remaining players will be refunded their entry fee and then the prize pool is divided based on the following formula:
1. Each player receives the minimum prize not yet awarded at the time of cancellation.
2. The remainder of the prize pool is distributed proportionally based on chip count.
One-on-One (Heads Up) Sit and Go Tournaments
Because the outcome of a heads up tournament can be affected when one player stays connected while another does not, we reserve the right to do a chip count distribution if our site experiences a downtime that warrants the cancellation of tournaments.

Guaranteed Tournaments
If a tournament with a guaranteed prize pool is canceled:
1. When players are NOT in the money, the payout will be based on the prize pool composed of buy-ins only.
2. When players are in the money, the payout will be based on the guaranteed amount if the buy-ins fail to comprise the guaranteed amount.

If you have any questions, please contact your operator's customer support. They are, and will remain, quite busy for the next little while, so please have some patience.

What a welcome back. Play my first tourney in nearly 2 years and manage to get 3rd even though I played terribly only to wake up to play again and I can't log in. All my worst fears confirmed. I don't really even care about future cashing out I just want to play

. Is this more of the reported Comcast problems or what??

This is a random occurrence. They are having problems with their system, but rest assure it is an extremely rare occurrence. no one plays on the site more than me, and this is the first time in 2 years it has happened (also last time i ordered a 3k check to cash out, i ordered it on a Sunday and got in on Tuesday fwiw)

Yea me 2. This hour right now is their busiest hour with mtts. They had the big 6max for the series going. The 35k, the 10k, a 12.5k, and a 9k. Too bad they are prob not gonna run them today. Just gonna call it a day and not continue playing today. Got a bunch of free $$ from them so I'm happy.
