Correct, Rakeback players don't receive player points anymore on any WPN skin for at least half a year already.

Is it better to get rake back or BP. I still get deposit bonuses with rake back right or does it come out of my rakeback

That is pretty much impossible to say without knowing what limits and how much you play. In general, the more you play, the better the rewards through the VIP program and there is also a chart posted in the sticky thread of the WPN sub forum as well.
Released / redeemed bonuses get deducted from your gross revenue, Rakeback = (gross revenue - fees / bonuses) * 27%. So you still get Rakeback and more in total either way while you unlock the first deposit bonus.

When is rakeback added to the withdraw pool? It did not add any rakeback to the pool at 1 EST but it did update and say I had earned more rakeback.

Did I not receive any rakeback because of the first time deposit bonus I am clearing, even though I never hit "release".

I watched at 1am EST (Jan 18th) that my Total Rakeback number updated from $1 and changed to "$6.64". However, my Available Rakeback number (next to redeem) did NOT change. When I check my payment history, it says that thisweek I have only redeemed $2.15 in rakeback but it says I've earned $6.64. Yet the redeem amount is $0.00

Also, a question about bonuses.

Should I only "release" the deposit bonus right near the end of the rakeback cycle AFTER releasing the rakeback? That way the released bonus isn't deducted from my rakeback because the cycle begins anew the next day. Seems weird that you'll be penalized for doing things in the opposite order. Am I understand this correctly?

The support guys tell me to email rakeback@blackchippoker.eu but the email bounces. Lol.

If I want to add RB to my PT4 graph for BCP which one do I choose? And how do I add 35% RB to it?

I see that BCP is now offering Reload Bonuses , How will it affect me if I have Rakeback? Do I still qualify? And how much money do I get from that when I have Rakeback? Is there some sort of deduction?

So this question has probably been answered already ITT. I have HEM1 and can't seem to get it working ever since the site moved to the WPN. Does any version of HEM work with BCP?

HM2 works with WPN/BCP. Doubt HM1 ever will as I don't think it's supported any longer. PT4 also supports WPN.

Much like most flat rakeback programs and bonuses, some of it is deducted, but you still net a benefit.

Rakeback can be redeemed under the (Rewards icon) now. It does not automatically show up now. Click the rewards Icon and then Rakeback icon. It will show your rakeback balance and you just click "redeem" to get it in your wallet

Auto top up is not working for me today. It just stops working in the middle of a session every time.

edit: Now it's working intermittently. Someone needs to look into this.

I'm sure this have been covered somewhere but under Account/Cash/Net Activity is anyone elses Net way off? Mine seems to always be short by a fair amount.
