I'm probably going to lose my buy in because none of us can do anything. This is ******ed and full of ****, and I hope people read my logs and consider this when investing in BCP.

I expect a full refund and some compensation. This is stupid and I shouldn't have to deal with this lag and lousy support.

Was 80 minutes I want back. I may have won, but it wasn't a fair win and was horrendous. Hope to get enough to get a solid withdraw and then I'm probably done unless this gets handled properly.

I'm still a customer, who waited for my turn with support, which meant my issue should have been handled fairly and in a timely manner.

Yes it is and yes it does.

You should make sure that HM2 knows where your handhistories are located by using the "site setup" button. And make sure that the auto import option is checked in the hand importing options.

Their VIP is modeled after the poker stars old system. Basically if you can get to supernova and maintain it, VIP is better.

Has anyone tried BCP with Parallels? If so, can you play BCP with PT3 when using Parallels?

I figured out the solution to my problem. For anyone else searching, yes. Parallels works just like any other vm.

I know there used to be a bet pot option, Where did that go? Can i get it back?

Let me start by saying I solely play PLO8, namely PLO8 MTTs. After putting $100 on BCP to test it out, I noticed a daily $7 MTT that has a good structure, but was the only PLO8 mtt aside from a daily $2. Eventually, these on-demand tournaments starting popping up, and began once 8 players registered. There seemed to be about one running every hour. While the prize pools weren't huge, the sheer volume was nice to see.

Fast forward a bit, then the tournaments didn't start until 12 people registered. Ok...the prizes were slightly higher, but they ran with less frequency. Now, they don't start until 27 people are registered. Do you guys not realize how much you're shooting yourself in the foot here. This is a NICHE game, and not many hi-lo players play here for your lack of MTTS. What is the reasoning for switching these rules, it seemed like a good idea at first?

They had a good thing going with there On Demand SNG's the $10 & $20 regulars that started at 12 players and the $5 regular $15 Turbo that started with 18 were going steady all day and since they made there changes on the 1st and got rid of those and replaced them with $5 and $3 Turbos 12 players and $10 & 15 Turbos that start with 27 the play has gone down not even close to as many games as last month. I emailed them about the changes and they just said they will be making changes the next few days whatever that might mean. I just hope someone else feels the same way and will email them to get last months lineup back in so the is more choices again so not just DONS are running all day.

I'll definitely be emailing them. It was so nice to see extra PLO8 MTTs running, since some of the other American sites have been dropping off in volume. I just hope they see how hard it is to get 27 people to sign up for one of these and change things back to how they were soon.
