Just tried withdrawing to my check card for the first time in a few months and got a message saying that my account was temporarily on hold. Anyone else having issues?

Hi, does anyone have any waffle card mods for BCP? TYVM

Theirs are OK but has anyone ported the ones that look like these ->

And does anyone have any table or carpet mods too?

I'm looking for a hypersimple type background/carpet and a table that's the same as what they have but blue so it goes with the background. Basically a PS hypersimple version of what they have.

Something like this ->

where the table and background are color coordinated but without the PS logo.

Any graphics wizards out there? Please help. Thank you.

Are there any Black Chip mods out there?

My brother just signed up at Carbon and they have a choice of a dozen or more built-in themes and avatars that're really nice. It would be great if WPN did the same.

The software re-downloads the default pictures when you start up the program. But if you hit the cancel button right when the download box opens, it won't re-download the graphics. So you can change whatever pictures you want, then just make sure not to let it re-download the graphics when you open the client.

What's this little yellow symbol in the bottom left of the player box? Most guys don't have that. I've seen it a couple of times and this one guy always has it but most don't. Any idea what that is?

It shows that you put a note on someone.

If you right click on a player, an option box comes up with 'player notes' being one of the options. And from there you can tag a player with one of those icons.

Thanks. I must have put a note on him before getting pokertracker running.

Until just this week I haven't had much of a chance to try out the new software on BCP. I started a new job last month right around the time of the update and have been super busy.

I finally got a chance to play this week and saw ~1,000 hands or so and I have to say: I'm loving the new software! Keep up the good work, BCP!

How are you liking PT?

I haven't really tried it yet as HM2 is pretty new for BCP and I got on that train early. I love HM2 and can't see myself switching but if I get some decent feedback on PT4 I might try the free trial.

Dont waste you're time. Not saying pt4 is bad but it isnt better than hm2 by a long shot imo and I have both.

Good to know. Thanks.

The fact is I love HM2 so I doubt it would be worth my while to even dabble in PT4 then.

This is certainly a matter of opinion. I prefer PT3 to HEM2...

To each their own I suppose

Hm2 has more options for hud stats and seems to run smoother (less lag issues) than pt4 is the reason I prefer hm2.

Each to their own

yeah I've had the lag issues as well with hm2. Primarily when i'm first starting out then it works fine. tilting as hell though. I was thinking about trying out pt, but guess it's not any better.

I like it. The note taking and color coding of players is really nice. I haven't tried HM2 so I can't really compare them. I had both PT and HM in the past before Black Friday though and imo they were basically the same.

It takes a while for HM2 to preload the a player's hands into memory as it starts up. What I do, since I'm only using the HUD and not referring back the actual database itself while I play, is select a player other than myself as my default. It's easier for HM to preload a player that has only 50 hands in the database as opposed to mine which is over a million hands. There might be an easier way to do it but that's how I've been doing it.

Do VIP players still get rakeback? I can hit the veteran level within a month, is it worth it to be VIP under these conditions?

You might want to give PT4 a try. I was a HEM1 user forever, so naturally decided to try HEM2 before PT4. But I was having unbearable lag problems with HEM2, such that I couldn't even use it. Got the trial extended just to continue trying to figure out why it was running so slow, but to no avail. So switched to PT4 when BCP moved to WPN and it was the only thing supported for a while. It has always ran rather well for me.

I do experience some problems when I have more than 12 tables open, with the games starting to lag. I've heard that's attributed to PokerTracker and not WPN, but haven't really looked into it.
